Loh Kean Yew’s switch from controlled to explosive movement in an instant is very impressive. It’s also fascinating to get insight into the different training regimes adopted by different players/countries.
It’s very impressive to have such a quick injection of pace.
It was very interesting to see how pros train! I don't normally write comments, but you guys have been putting out some really high quality stuff, I hope this channel gets huge, keep it up!

Speed, violence and momentum did it
He plays shots that allows him to have this time then will inject a lot of pace both with feet and speed of shot when he wants to attack and add pressure.
