Pretty cool. If I'm not mistaken, I think Xeric, Gorilla and Swiss makes something similar.. maybe all with a modified Miyota movement. Though, I don't think the numbers rotate the same way. I guess more of a wandering hour that tries to mimic the AP Starwheel. This one looks a little more high end looking.. just has a more machine mechanized look.
