It is worth it if it speaks to you and that should be what matters.
The quick change strap system is much like the click in system
for cross country snow skis. I dig it.

For that price point, you really have to love this distinct design, and be confident that the novelty will not wear off. At 2K I'd definitely get an Oris or the like.

This is one I’ve honestly been enjoying a whole lot.
All the same, Oris rocks :)

Definitely a watch I'd wear....if I was a Klingon. Certainly a lot of work and design gone into this but just because you can, doesn't mean you always should. If you are looking to feast on design and originality with money to burn I guess you could be tempted. Great review as always

Thanks for the video. These are cool but way outside of my affordibility scale. Cheers from Atlantic Canada!!

Yeah it’s certainly above almost every other small brand I’ve reviewed. What would be your price range?

@@PerthWAtch I am a cheap watch guy. My most expensive is the CW Sealander 63 GMT. Most are sub $500 CAD. If I had $2000 to spend on a watch, it would not be that one. Cheers!!

You can't be accused of presenting the same old boring style of watch. Not for me but well, done and interesting. Whilst I can see that a second hand isn't appropriate an indicator of some sort just to let you know it's running might be useful

Yeah good point about a running indicator - maybe that’s what that vestigial display window at the back is for haha!!

hi Ivan. how are you, mate? as for this one, Yup. there is no doubt that it is an original watch, super modified movement and I love the dial design, especially the 4 number rotating hands. Super cool. is it worth $2K? if they have done right, yes, but as it is? Probably not. It is a conversational pc for sure, however, will I really wear this watch regularly? Probably not. Too tall, top heavy, it is super awkward looking watch and there is no "flow" to it. it is just not really pleasing to the eyes. If they have done with more thinner, rounder case to match with the dial design, more fluid transition from the lugs to the bracelet (not really a fan of butterfly clasp), it might have been more wearable. But that is just me. I am sure that there are millions of people who would love to get this on their wrists :+) ..... at around $599 price range.... Thanks for the review, Ivan.

Thanks for the detailed thoughts as always Alex - all of what you say makes sense. However, I think this is a watch which defies common sense in many ways. I ended up wearing this with suit & tie for a photoshoot recently too... no the most sensible match but I have enjoyed it so much I'm trying it out in many circumstances. Too bad it's not any more than 30m resist.
I hope they succeed in marketing this just so we can see more outta-whack from ATOWAK! :)
