@@eighty_more_or_less did you just contradict a post directly from the pit boys. Man you're not even a tenderfoot. Move along little doggie of the female variety 🐩

Thank you for all the great ideas. Too often I tend to complicate recipes, so it's nice to get easy, yet tasty ideas when I can. Especially now during the winter months, I'd never considered grilling, but my husband definitely thanks you lol And if it's really cold out, we grab a beer, put on some music and just enjoy ourselves. Thank you again for your videos =)
very good...being a bbq cook...i noticed i do some of the steps u practice on the daily...this being my first time watchin bbq video...i dont think i will contiue my research into changing my technique....to each...his or her own style...u guys rock!!!!
Of all the recipes I've tried from your website I like them all so do the people I cook for and btw potato bombs are amazing glad I tried them once but then again I make them so often now lol
someone help me ive been watching these guys for hours and me and my dad are setting here drooling and screamin "oh god" and "oh yeah!", i cooked up some burgers after this and melted Parmesan on them.
i made some cornish hens for christmas this year! i'll have to make up some gravy and put the veggies in with it the next time. you smell that?! that smells GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD!
"HOOOO-WEEEE" is an understatement! Even at 240P (you tube hasn't finished processing yet) these birds look awesome!!! I'll be back in a few when it's up to 1080P to watch this in all it's Smokey Glory!
Looks great! gotta try this sometime. Oh and those small corn cobs if they aren't available at your local American grocery store, you can find them at any Asian market.
That makes sense..I apologize If I offended you...you guys are Masters of the grill ...Just saying it's pretty much effortless making a good stock and doesn't take that much time you can make a good amount and store it for a couple of weeks.....Oh well great recipe..thanks for sharing.
I haven't done Cornish Hens before, but it looks real easy! I haven't had them in a while also. I was thinking of doing a cornish hen for each person on Thanksgiving, but figured out it is a little expensive for my budget this year, but I will give them a go one day! Great vids love em all!
Guys i am from australia and i have been watching your videos from a couple of years. i love them all. thank you. i was thinking of buying a BBQ smoker and there are no maunfacturers in australia and so i was going to buy one from the US. do you have any suggestions of any brands i can look at or you would recommend? and again thank you for shareing your fantastic recipes.
I do them the same but I do a beer butt style but still in a pan, put the aromatics in the can and put a nice rub on the outside of the birdies. I stuff a tater in the necks to keep the steam circulating.
This looks fantastic!!!! BUT, you should have dumped your gravy in the pan juices. All those veggies would've amped up the flavor of the gravy BIG TIME!!!!!! Thanks for the demo, BBQ Pit Boys!! ; D Sheri~
I brought a few (18) Cornish Hens from Sam's Club. I wanted to make something for the missionaries in my church. But all of my ideas went brain dead. So I cleaned them and put them into deep freeze. Now thanks to you guys I am inviting the missionaries over for dinner. Can I substitute the wine? If so, with what?
Coleman Wadsworth I shall answer your question in the affirmative. I am not overly concerned about trolls. When I was a teenager, I was in a street gang. (Before converting to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints) after high school, I was drafted. I converted just before my retirement of over 30 years. Missionaries in my Stake are well cared for by the members. I enjoy cooking for them. I also teach them how to cook. However I still have some of my street and Navy rough edges. I had one ward calling and two stake callings. Thanks for asking.
bohemoth1 What a cool story! I was called last week to serve a mission in the New York New York North mission and I am extremely excited. thanks for replying back!
Coleman Wadsworth You will love New York. Whatever Ward or Branch you get assigned to will be an experience that you will speak of constantly. Originally I am from Staten Island (Richmond County) New York. Now I am in Mi Encanta island. You will find a lot of New Yorkers are very receptive to the gospel. But they have their set pace in decision-making. They do not like to be rushed or cornered. They are genuinely interested in The Plan of Salvation and The Plan of Happiness. New Yorkers have a "be real (with me)" attitude. I will keep you in my prayers.
Fast tip for peeling a whole garlic! Smash it and put it in a bowl, cover the top of the bowl and shake it for about 20 sec and bam you got yourself a peeled garlic!
Do you guys have a recipe book? If not please do! It would make a great gift for any outdoor grill master. My fiancee told me when we get married I get to cook outside and she'd do the inside cooking. I Wanna be able to feed her good!

thank you for your nice, helpful and uplifting comments! Good luck on cooking those birds haha
The only slight problem I have with the BBQPitBoys is that they motivate me to spark up the grill...whether it's cold outside or way late at night.
