these videos always make me drool!! Steak is the most delicious meat ever, especially rib-eye! I do mine in a cast iron pan with sauteed onions, garlic and mushrooms with cheesy bacon potatoes and roasted corn on the cob or asparagus spears with lemon and olive oil. BEST MEAL EVER!!
That sauce is just awesome, I've done that recipe a few times now, goes great with the ribeye. The beef fat and butter makes it very heart healthy as well!

i seen this video last night then i watched the shoulder vid at about 4am i was at the store at 7;30 gettin me a pork shoulder (5lbs) for the first time ever LOL & some ribeyes i just put my shoulder on at 10;00a hope it turns out like urs LOL BEST PIT MASTER ON UA-cam!!!!! p.s & its raining here in cleveland ohio LOL
@barbecueweb I have a nice tip for your baked potatoes. Next time when your potatoes are finished you should make 2 incisions (like a cross). When you squeze the potato then it really pops up! Thanks for the vid! MMMM MM Its GUUUD!

As a Micmac Indian & as an exployee of a 5 star Restaraunt, we had a stock pot. It was funny because people that had money would dine there but did they truly new what they were eating ??? It was good for them but they would turn they're nose up ???
IS that franks hot sauce? god that stuff is the best...i had Tabasco crap growing up tasted franks a few years back and it blew my mind. Never turned back.

I think they have a bourbon steak sauce as well. Maybe incorporate the 2 sauces, add a lil bourbon to it. The steaks looked pretty juicy (as a rib eye would be) but I always add salt just before cooking them or they can dry out.
@mnthol ..lol..nah, that sizzling steak sound is real, but the steaks are made of wax. We pay our Food Stylists the big bucks to get those steaks to look perfect, just like the Food Network..!
