What we learned: Calvin Klein (a very old man with money) pays well for the attention of barely legal aged men - plys them with gifts and drugs to bed them for a couple years - and then dumps them on society to deal with. What a "legacy" to leave - gross.
Pretty sure “Calvin” didn’t “dump them on society to deal with”, it’s not Calvins responsibility to mold this grown man into a responsible one and be an asset to society. So many people present zero to very low affect. It's beyond apathy. Where are America's psychiatrists to diagnose and explain to us what the heck is going on. This is too freaky.
There is a law in Ca on this and the tenant property right is protected. The owner is wrong and he cannot donate the property valued over $700. Must be publicly sold and the tenant gets the proceeds less expenses.
@User-54631 You may work in property management but you can't just toss out left over property if it is worth over $700. It has to be disposed of in a public auction.
So the landlord is now a storage facility because his tenant was a big time drug dealer or sorry (politically correct) "drug broker" and now he has a right to just babysit all his property while the tenant is in jail. So if that guy served a 15 year jail sentence, all of a sudden you become a free storage facility for 15 years? And you can't rent out the property or else you need to pay another facility to hold his belongings and pay while the other guy is doing time? Does any of this make sense? This is why America has so many problems and why it's so broken. In other countries they would just side with the rational way, in America they don't see the situation, they just abide by what's written on paper without any awareness of what's right or wrong. In America, this is why good people lose and bad people win. Only in America do I feel this being a habitual issue that never gets solved.
@2:15 Classic vampirism. That's how Liberace destroyed a young's man life. These old PDF files shower young lazy boys with easy money until they start to show signs of aging, then discart them penniless.
That's your opinion. And I think you're wrong. Here's how I see it. The Klein part is instrumental in his exposure to the "high life." Figuratively and literally. He NEVER would have had access to those types of big ticket events, people and expensive drugs. He would have been doing regular class clubs, regular class dates, and most importantly regular class drugs. But getting a taste of wealth and then being REMOVED from that clearly made him determined to "get back in" to those environments. He choose drug dealing. There are sooo many stories like this, that I'm amazed you dismiss the Calvin Klein stuff. Rock Hudson, Liberace, Sammy Davis jr, Elizabeth Taylor. It's the back bone of tabloids. For Lee Marvin they LITERALLY created a brand new thing called "palimony" when a woman wanted wife treatment after the break up. So the "lifestyle I've grown accustomed to" thing has been around, I don't know, a solid 50 years. The famous get involved with the non-famous and the non-famous freak out when it's over. And in the instagram and tiktok era it's even worse. Murders. People do anything for "clout" and the money that comes with it. The dude filed this lawsuit for his "property." Expensive junk that absolutely came from Calvin's pockets, not the crooks. So yeah, Calvin is integral to HOW this story unfolded. Not why, but HOW. So I'm not blaming him, but minus Calvin, the drug dealing MIGHT not have happened. And the lawsuit for the junk couldn't have--there wouldn't have been 200k worth of stuff to claim existed--BUT a judge might speculate given his history with Klein we have to appraise it. Tons of people get evicted, they're not suing for their crap after the fact.
He never came back for his stuff. I don't understand why the judge did that to him. I hope the guys church unifys to help him pay it off. That's what I would do because this situation sounds awful.

That tenant should be in jail and pay back his prior landlord. But karma will get him, such a narcissist, ungrateful, selfish person, I hope ABC7 follows up once he"s behind bars.
“ The drug industry “ ?? This feels like a SNL skit 😂 Bro you were dealing DRUGS!!
Could you imagine calling 911 because you're hurt and the fire department shows up at your house with this guy. Unbelievable he can become a fireman in SF.
He can’t .
Who would have thought a gay man would bring drama? 🙄
As soon as the rent boy opened his mouth, you could hear it….
Wrong side of the tracks completely.
And talk about intelligence…..off the charts.
Agree with you. I feel for the boy. Not the sharpest tool in the shed. Used, abused, and discarded by the fashion industry in general and CK in particular.
That's truly unforgivable. nick gruber should be held accountable.
"Boytoy, i mean boyfriends" lmao
Dude with Parkinson's also is with a younger boy toy (just not as handsome as CC's boy toy).
Yup! Grandpa's boy toy husband is smart. He'll likely inherit a house while Gruber with his fading looks will have memories of dating a billionaire but nothing to show for it....not even that CK desk.
@@andrewDaMackthey sold the house their now renting an apartment, but I'm sure the old geezer has a life insurance policy 🤷🏿♂️
Pot calls kettle black ! I know right? He was quick to call Nick a "boy toy" ... was very quick to project!
What a Grifter
Some people dont deserve to walk in this planet. waste of air. I really hope this couple gets the help they need.
What a nightmare tenant.
“Ex boy toy…..ex boyfriend” that correction KILLED ME 😂😂😂
what's wild is the fact that the boyfriend of the guy with Parkinson's disease is ALSO much younger than his partner.
This is heartbreaking.
One bad tenant will ruin your life
What is that suppose to mean that you are just a "broker" or in the "drug industry" but not "selling" illegal drugs?
I don’t like anybody in this story, but the tenant/drug dealer is the worst
He said he was a “broker” in the “industry”. He’s really manipulating the wording for his LinkedIn and resume. Next his gonna be calling himself a pharmacist. 🤥🤡
Drugs just follow him and he’s only a broker! Obviously a victim 🙄. This is so sad for the people just trying to make ends meet and pay their bills.
IT ALSO SCREAMS VOLUMES ABOUT CALVIN KLIEN
So many people present zero to very low affect. It's beyond apathy. Where are America's psychiatrists to diagnose and explain to us what the heck is going on. This is too freaky.
He doesn't seem like the sharpest tool in the shed
Which one?
Looks like that couple found a hoe in the shed.
There is a law in Ca on this and the tenant property right is protected. The owner is wrong and he cannot donate the property valued over $700. Must be publicly sold and the tenant gets the proceeds less expenses.
I work in property management. You do not have to hold property indefinitely
@User-54631 You may work in property management but you can't just toss out left over property if it is worth over $700. It has to be disposed of in a public auction.
Unfortunate for them, however, this guy screamed hustler. Curious who owns the BMW 8 series sedan in the driveway, given that there’s no money.
So the old man has his own boy toy huh. Absolutely freaking gross.
100
The judge awarding $8k is wild
this kid should have sued Calvin Kline for damaging him permanently
True
Why would Calvin Klein’s “boy toy” seem like a good roommate?
Cause they’re perverts
Can we please make sure we upload these in higher quality.
You'd think they could do better.
Ikr? The other tube sites have 4k now.
THAT’s your takeaway from this????
We live in a 5 BR home, all the kids left and we will NEVER rent to anyone else --only will sell it at the end
Gross. I am throwing out my calvin klein .
Wow - now we're describing drug dealing as being 'in the drug industry.'
It's so weird seeing these grandfathers with these young kids.
"There's more to the story." But nobody cares about the story. He was just Calvin Klein's boy toy, so why would anyone care about his book??
SanFran is a very sick city in more ways than one.
@2:15 Classic vampirism. That's how Liberace destroyed a young's man life.
These old PDF files shower young lazy boys with easy money until they start to show signs of aging, then discart them penniless.
He cannot become a firefighter because of his criminal history he was probably on drugs when he said that😅😅😅😅
He most definitely was
Nick Gruber is a money grubber. Shame shame shame.
These people are all sick
like straight people are an exception ?
Yes
So, he sold drugs... um, he brokered drugs, had ample time to collect his belongings and the judge still made the landlord pay? Disgusting.
The fact he was involved with Calvin Klein is unrelated to the story other than to grab attention to this otherwise everyday occurrence.
Exactly
It speaks to the fact that’s he’s a hustler and a scammer
Another person not bright enough to understand all the facets of the story and therefore think all the facets are unnecessary. My condolences
He never came back for his stuff. I don't understand why the judge did that to him. I hope the guys church unifys to help him pay it off. That's what I would do because this situation sounds awful.
They were looking for a 3rd. Don't pretend his looks and him being "single" didn't influence you both
😅😅
He’s not even good looking anymore.
Of course they were, daddy ❤
Welp...Men avoiding women to seek happiness and peace of mind it appears has no guarantees either 😢 Happiness is within
Gruber is a MONSTER
9 pounds, a firearm by a felon and he only got 2 years?! Wow, even the best jailhouse snitches can’t get that deal
It's been years since they dated, imagine still having someone's claim to fame is being your ex so you'll be forever tied to this nightmare. I feel for the homeowner, but also, maybe don't rent to guys cause they're hot.
That old man should be cleared of that debt for Christ sake he did nothing wrong. the tenant accepts responsibility for his part and admitted he caused him grief and problems which obviously caused irreparable damage to his health. Put a price on that!
Thank the Landlord for letting us know about this troublesome Tenant
