We went there in December and it was by far the more authentic of Italian pizzas in Pensacola. We went there twice. We have yet to experience the German cuisine at Bavaria and can't wait to try when we get down there in May. Thanks for covering this restaurant, Jack!
After having their Margherita pizza, I had some tips for the pizzaiolo, including proper dough hydration, leopard spotting on the bottom, and the salt content of the dough. Your Italian friend was right to give it a 7 out of 10. The dough could have had a lot more air in the crust on the edges. I had no other complaints.
I like your videos on food in your area. Most everything looks so delicious, I wish I was there eating with you. And I was wondering if they got the bridges put back where they belong. Keep up the videos and I’ll keep watching.
