Add firm tofu or white beans with sauteed onions, garlic and mushrooms, chicken seasoning and a little white miso, a little soy milk or almond milk, olive oil and blend together the mix with the VWG ... it gives a less tough seitan

Even though I consider myself a pretty good cook I just can’t get gravy right. I don’t know what I am doing wrong. I think maybe I’m just not patient enough waiting for the cooking process. You make it look so easy with your clear instructions and beautify done filming and editing. You’ve inspired me to give cooking gravy another try. I make cooking videos too. I just love that I can learn from talented creators like you. I hope we can learn together as we grow our channels!
Your videos look very professional and so does your food. I haven't made seitan in a long time because last time I made it it was the WTF method and I just kept messing up lol. The texture was never right 😅 I'm definitely going to try to make this though. I bet you could use this as a base recipe and change the spices up to make all kinds of sandwich slices too. Exciting!
Oh seitan can be very tricky, i’ve messed it up a few times myself too haha😅 But yes, there are many ways you can arrange it and sandwich slices sound awesome! Let me know how it turns outfits you ever make them👍👍
