you dont understand the chaos it creates when a system is messed with! even 1 thing going different then its ment to can have disasterous results. As explained by the blackened patties here. autism needs structure and things done a specific way. never mess with the system
Kara is doing the Lord's work keeping Jardon on track. Not only did she prevent half the episode from becoming stacking boxes to get the roof (again), but she kept saying exactly what I was thinking with the prepping beforehand and multitasking a bit while the burgers cook 😂
The crazy part is Jordan saying this would be crazy having to do this alone is giving me flash backs of being short staffed at my job as a fry cook at the airport during a rush
A new simulator series isn't complete without Jordan trying to get run over by a vehicle and get on the roof again. So happy to see you playing with Kara in this series.
Hearing Jardon get literally everything about fast food wrong is hilarious. "Tray? This is like Primo fast food!", "They prepare everything and bag it up, they don't do it on demand?", all of it, it's too funny.
McDonald's Quarter Pounders are cooked on demand, other meats sit in a heater cabinet unless asked for cook to order The sandwiches are not put together until it is ordered, the exception being a sandwich being over made All items also have a time limit for how long they can be held though not every store follows those timers perfectly
Exactly! Buns would be super soggy and/or hard if everything was assembled hours before. But the meats are almost always done ahead of time and kept warm. The food isn't fast if a handful of people have to make thousands of burgers and other sandwiches and foods in a single day. You sacrifice high quality for speed.
If you live in a small town with 3 McDonald's like I do, pretty much everything is cooked on order by 2 people because they don't all have business and they're always hiring. It's very weird.
Maybe at a small McDonald’s quarter pounders are cook to order but not at any of the ones with a decent amount of customers. I say this as someone who worked at McDonald’s and if I get McDonald’s I often watch them make stuff from a far out of curiosity
9:30 | we dont pre make things we do make them on order (atleast the one i worked at did) however sometimes things did sit out under the heat lamp longer if we made too many
9:30...I worked at a McDonald's for nearly five years...unless you SPECIFICALLY request otherwise, that is EXACTLY how they do it, lol. Though, they have condiments.
I used to work at a McDonalds near an amusement park...this honestly gave me flashbacks lol, I still remember how to make and wrap the sandwiches. And yes, basically all food is stored in trays and warmers Jordan lol
52:35 well jordon, the thing is Mcdonald's already had a video game to train staff on the DS. Nick Robinson made a video on it a few years back "The 10-Year Hunt for the Lost McDonald's DS Game".
In restaurant lingo the “floor” is your work space/kitchen lol Also I’ve been in the fast food industry for years and Jordan… you’re literally going one job while Kara is doing 5 😂 “but I got to flip!”
Jordan talking about McDonalds making a sim to train employees reminds me of the McDonalds 3DS training game that they were using in Japan for awhile. There is an entire video of a dude hunting for one a few years back and showing how it worked, I think it was Nick Robinson was the UA-camr. Honestly a very cool and smart idea!
They legit already have versions of sims for training, in a lot of industries. 12 years ago, I did cashier training for Walnizzle on a computer first (before shadowing an actual human). The actual register was NOTHING like the one in the sim. Companies be too cheap to upgrade their games 😅
McDonald's has a DS training game. It's INCREDIBLY rare to find a copy though, and if memory serves me correctly it was only in Japanese and there is also a McDonald's branded DS that came with the game too. I believe the game has been emulated now and you can find it online if you wanted to
0:38 can confirm Jordan is a car mans cause that is a Honda Civic they can be modified to have that hook to hang some things like charms or keychain things. But also just to have it.
Can confirm that Jardon being confused is correct because most fast food is put together when u order it and just cooked beforehand usually. There are timers so it doesnt lose quality.
This seems like a super fun game, for people who have never worked in fast food before. I promise some of us are having ptsd watching this and hearing the yelling.
9:35 it’s not pre-made it’s made on order and once passed to service it’s under the heat lamp until service bags the order 😂 11:00 not toasting the bun 😭😭
That last batch of really overdone burgers is DEFINITELY Kara's fault. Just let the man do what he's doing!! Of course he's just flipping them over and over when he's being distracted.
It is crazy how when they bump on each other I close corridors, Jordan NEVER moves and only waits for her to get out of the way. (im sure it's the same IRL)
I’m gonna order breakfast. A burger with is 2 bun size pancakes, 3 eggs, cheese, tomato, mayo, bacon. Lettuce. It’ll say w extra eggs, just please get it right. It comes with 1 egg, total is 3. I know it slides around. If you divide the cheese in between each egg. It’ll hold. ❤ I’ll pay 20 if it’s made right
When you grow up you mostly lose near vision so things that aren't like half a meter away from your eyes you should still be able to see fine (unless the lens starts getting cloudy then a quick surgery can fix it.
Something I am realising about Jardon is that he is lucky he's so cute because while he is a minecraft parkour man god out of that element he is a very stressed out and grouchy himbo. Don't get me wrong it's funny as fuck but I hope he's more useful in real life. I say that but I've seen his videos baking with Kara.
considering he doesn't even know how to cook unless he's being given strict instructions and even then he'll mess up because he doesn't know exactly what the instructions mean because he's not used to cooking, no, i don't think he's very useful irl
idk how serious hers is, but i got diagnosed last year with mild astigmatism(doctor said it's nothing to worry about yet) and the only issue i have at night is the damn lights from cars coming the opposite way, but other than that, it's fine, and i drive mostly at night
@Ray_Vun i have it worse than ppl show in videos, but glasses fix it at like 90%, so as long as kara carries a pair of proper prescription glasses in her purse its gonna be fine, unless she uses contacts all the time which unfortunately cant fix astigmatism afaik. But even in that scenario it takes 2 seconds to pull out the contacts, put them in the containter and put on glasses to go home by car. Driving at night is almost better than sexy time imo. XD no one capable of driving should be missing out on this
Eat at a Whataburger and they make it AFTER you order. Hell even In and Out they make it after you order....those burgers are going to be nasty and dry.
@@MysticEagle4 Oh really?! I thought they were actually serving real burgers?🤣I'm also fully aware not every fast food establishment follows the "make it when you order it" model. I was just mentioning the counter point to them on the topic of pre-made sandwiches. Sarcasm is still a thing in the world, right?
the amount of stress and drama that Jardoon can produce out of thin air is staggering
And that’s why we love him lmao

I legit want to see him try to stack boxes to the roof now, though 😂
@@mimsydreams it wouldn't be a true Jardoon playthrough unless he tried making a box staircase!
can you please direct me to the video where he actually stacked boxes to get om the roof before lol
@EssamHefni The Supermarket stimulator series. There was also an attempt, earlier on in the Trading Card Shop Simulator series
The man wants to parkour. It's what he's best out. (Unless it's real life. God I hope he's never tried Parkour in real life.)
The crazy part is Jordan saying this would be crazy having to do this alone is giving me flash backs of being short staffed at my job as a fry cook at the airport during a rush
i work in food (pastry actually) and you sentence made me shiver af
I've been there, everyone called in. Me and the GM had it until the regional manager came and tried to help us.
Me running the whole kitchen and some order taking myself for a few hours at Mickey D’s…
Having Kara play with him is like having someone from chat actually in game to yell at him 🤣
"1 star, the two owners just stared at me while I ate" 10:40
Look if Jardon and Kara watched people while they ate I think they'd pay extra.

The flashbacks to my teen years are REAL with this one! Including the constant arguing about who is doing what
Love the "however do you this alone". X) I regularly do lvl +20 services alone at normal without the drive thru. It's fun!

Lets add x33n and Pete to this mix

he struggles to do what most people over the age of 18 gotta do every day(cook meals at home)
