I love my Mutable Instruments modules and wish I had some later ones that I never got (but, are still available on Reverb and other places). I think most of us MI fans would say the same thing … we will all miss Émilie Gillet and her contributions which rivaled the ingenuity of most eurorack module makers with the creative uniqueness not found anywhere; but, with MI. Her contributions to the MI community making module details available to all who ventured into DIY has never ended. It is sad that she has moved away from the wonderful creations she has made over the decade+ years. We all wish her well; but, will sadly miss her contributions.
Your words are very well said, my friend, and I completely resonate with them. I believe that Émilie's modules and vision have played a significant role in making many people, including myself, fall in love with Eurorack. Like everyone else, I appreciate the musicality, humble simplicity, and yet deep complexity of these modules. We all wish her well and she is very much missed in the eurorack world
@@sselvatico Thank you, Simone. And your generative soundscape is great as well. I apologize for not expressing that with the first message. Following you along …

Once in blue moon someone will compose a very tasteful soundscape. Beautiful 🎉🎉🎉

Thank you very much!
Love this !!!!!!!!! thanks 4 sharing.
The "deja Vu" in Marbles is active and receiving modulation even when it seems to be off? THANKS!
@@pixelatedbeatz Thank you ever so much!!! The deja Vu in Marble was patched but was not active so I think didn't do anything here...
@@sselvatico Thanks! just getting started with modular so I'm always trying to pick up some knowledge from people with experience. keep up the good work.
@@pixelatedbeatz thank you very much! I'm on a similar journey of yours still in the learning process!

Reminded me mutables was on my list!
@@anthonyman8008 a must have 🙂👏
Semplicemente fantastico. Adoro i synth modulari.
Moduli fantastici. Comunque vai su modulargrid.net ti puoi costruire dei sistemi virtuali e avere informazioni dettagliate sui costi e misure
THIS ... sounds so wonderful! 💜 Well done. Amazing lowwww tones as well 👌
Thank you very much 🤍 I was very surprised of low tones as well, powerful Plaits!
@@sselvatico Is this track released? Bandcamp? Would love to play this piece on our show , if you like ( Spacemusic podcast )
@@ambientzoneofficial awww thanks, I’d love that, thank you! At the moment it’s not on Bandcamp but I’m working on a release and this track is in there. We can plan it on a couple of weeks?
@@sselvatico That's great! Will send an email. 👍
@@ambientzoneofficial Thank you!
Che dire..stupendo!
Grazie tantissimo!! 🙌🏾🧡
This is so good :0
Thank you so much Andrew!! 🧡
Very nice!
thank you!
what a beautiful little system! Lovely case too. Did you make it or buy it? I really appreciate the way you've embraced MI's design element of knobs on the top, jacks on the bottom, in order to have a manageable system with accessible controls here. I'm realizing how important that is as I build my own system!
Thank you so much William! I made the case with some recycled wood and I screwed the modules on wood. It's not ideal but it seems sturdy and costed 0. You are very right and great observation about knobs and jacks. I love MI too their modules are so musical. How's your set up?
~ greetings from germany ~
Greetings to you friend :)

Grazie tantissimo!
Beautiful! I subbed :)
Thank you very much!!! Following back :)
I've really enjoyed playing with Mutable Instruments in VCRack. I definitely want to go physical and Mutable Instruments is very high on my list of modules I'd want to have, but I'm not sure if I'm up for the challenge of assembling it all myself yet...
agree! I find MI module extremely musical with a really intuitive interface, I really like them, you can still find most modules all assembled for a fair price on the second hand market I think…
1:20 amazing
Thank you so much!
you made the case? it is beautiful. i also like the music. :^ )
Thank you so much! Yes, I made it with recycled wood. It was quite easy overall, the most difficult was to cut to size. Modules are screwed straight into wood. I know it’s not ideal, but it works fine and it was super cheap :) It’s my first module.
Beautiful patch! How did you tune plaits and rings? I always have a hard time tuning stuff to rings. Also I like the randomnes you get on the clouds. Been using the Beads a lot lately in almost every patch and I really like it but I feel the clouds has a different randomnes that the beads doesn't. Both are really great modules and have its own sound palette. Probably should rack the Uburst like yours in a rack and do some stuff.
Thank you very much! Yes tuning was the most difficult bit for me too… I find easier to tune rings to plaits. First I tune plaits with a tuner and then Rings. Marbles and Tides are great for randomness and ever changing combinations. I really like the sonic palette of clouds but I’d love to own Beads, must be an amazing module so much to experiment!! How do you find it?
@@sselvatico thank you for your reply! Beads is amazing, has a wider sound palette than Clouds and I feel is a little bit more controllable also. I like to play it a lot with the knobs apart from some cv modulation. Also has its atenorandomizers that you can use to give random cv when nothing is patched. You should give it a try, its not clouds 2. Just a different beast and nice to have both!
Thank you Marc! Sounds super, I have been pondering for beads for a while now…. If you have any videos please share!
…just…glistening
🙏✨
Great music and cool looking case. I have that same Doepfer mixer which is great. What's the book on the left?
Thank you very much @Kimsmk Glad you appreciate it. Case is a homemade from recycled woods. Book on the left is L' Ardore by Roberto Calasso, a very unique book! And yes agree those Doepfer are killer, a great deal for the price!
@@sselvatico Oh interesting. I am a passionate book lover and I stumbled into The Marriage of Cadmus and Harmony at a local Goodwill once. I should read a book of his. He seems very interesting!
@@Skimaskkass He has been very influential. I love how he approach mysticism and mythology
Magical.
I could listen to it for hours.
What reverb you used?
Eventide out of the box! Alright!
@@music4screens Thank you very much @Music4screens, this sound remain a bit. a mystery for me too. It may have to do with some lofi components...straight from the Doepfer mixer into a zoom h5 recorder. The reverb was the one from burst clouds plus I added some eventide Blackhall vst.
Tasty bottom end on this one
Agree! Thankbyou so much @Nizer
