Justin Bronk is articulate, knowledgeable and possessing profoundly good judgment. Excellent piece!
Bronk could say exactly the same thing about NATO countries.
@@michaelmullins3396 Er no - Nato countries haven’t threatened first use of nuclear weapons
I agree, very articulate and knowledgeable, even more so when he's discussing military aviation- his real area of expertise.
Are you his dad? ;-)
@@tomwright2829 No, they've actually done them. Hiroshima and Nagasaki. 🤣🤣
Well said. He hit all the major items in an excellent manner. I wish more commentators were this informed and objective.
Perfect oversight and sober assessment ,...... from NL
Quite correct, and unfortunately there is little chance of the majority of commentators granting an informed and objective wish. But,... a good wish indeed.
Spot on- champion interview. PUtin, an act of desperation- so true. I hope and pray that I'm not being overly optimistic but I believe that PUtin is on the way out! Victory & Slava Ukraine! WHO DARES WINS
Objective? This is all extremely speculative, we don't know what Putin knows or doesn't know and whether he is serious or not about using nuclear missiles, we simply have no clue. These so called experts speculate constantly and when the say something that sounds comforting people suddenly agree with them.
@norman smithers
Praise YaH brother. Nice to meet you
There is no threat to russia. They can go home any second they like.
Putin knows there is no threat to Russia. He's trying to create a false threat to save his own skin, his job.
He doesn't care if there is not a threat to Russia, all he cares about is winning the war after he made the poor decision to start it.
If he doesn't win, he is in serious trouble.
So he has to win and the only way he can secure extra resources to have any chance at some kind of victory is to create a false threat from the West.
Yep but then the mad man loses face.
A big YES
Damn Justin Bronk! I'll remember your name from this day on, that was great to listen to.

He was a very knowledgeable guest…. Thank you.
Ukraine makes a point of dispersing its military units, so it is difficult to see how there is any legitimate military tactical advantage for Russia to use battlefield nuclear weapons. That is not to say that Putin will not use tactical nuclear weapons, only that his doing so would be an act of sheer terrorism, not a military advantage for him.
And Putin's already got the rockets and missiles to invoke acts of terrorism. No need for nukes in that case.
Justin Bronk is excellent, I wish he'd do more interviews incredibly intelligent.
Bronk & Prof Clarke are brilliant
Great summary of Mr Bronker why a Russian nuclear strike doesn’t add up. Impenetrable logic really. But then again, this entire war doesn’t add up for Russia in the first place.
The war made sense. Ukraine was going to destroy Russia's source of income. Russia thought it could flip that 180 by seizing those resources .
Also Putin is aware death is soon and he was/is? Obsessed with rebuilding the Soviet Union *and* with getting control of the 9 passes thru the mountains *and* with getting a safe warm water port.
But like most presidents for life, he shut himself off from reality. Presidents for life almost always do terribly long term. Only exception I know of in the modern age was the president for life of Singapore.
If he was going to really use nukes, why would he call up hundreds of thousands of reservists?
Well he thought it was going to be Crimea 2.0. Walk in, take everything. Western nations complain but do nothing. He dun goofed.
@@Daosguard That's putting it lightly. now the Russian economy's getting strangled.

Bond was right. The Russians are the villains. They sort left that idea recently but many more 007 movies can be made again with the Russians as the enemy. Thanks to Pootin
@@ML-jf1xe the next bond movie should be about a megalomanic Russian despot with some wonder weapon, threatening the world.
Bond villain, excellent description! 🤣
Frankly I start to doubt that Putin's nukes would even fully work, probably not well maintained.
Not only that, but the fallout could be seen as an act of aggression towards NATO and they'd probably come in and just steamroll Russia out of Ukraine.
Which would be good……. Enough is enough ,the world is sick of Putin, it’s crazy one person is responsible for this much carnage.
Why NATO didnt do that 6months ago is still a mystery. Its like they are the cowards
@@APW554 Yes. Right now Putin is the most evil leader on the world. There was no need for this war.

The nuclear bluff has been so played out in this conflict. I don't think anyone takes Russia seriously at this point.

TO ALL VIEWERS: Ukraine is a cause worth supporting. Let's contact our government representatives to urge them to do two things:
1 - Increase military aid to Ukraine.
2 - Toughen sanctions on Russia.
You can call your representatives, send them an email, send them a good old fashioned letter, respond to one of their Tweets ... something. Take the time to help Ukraine now ... you'll be proud of yourself when you do.
It's India, China and North Korea not to mention Venezuela, Cuba and other South American nations still trading with Russia.
Yeah maybe, but not when it's starting to make us get into debt for the average Joe
I agree with every word of that. Superb advice. _Do it today, everyone._
@@branchcovidian2001 The only major ones to think of here are China and India. and both are showing concern, probably also impatience with Putin. If Putin violates the nuclear taboo, I'm pretty sure that only North Korea would maintain normal-ish relationships.
This “not so” special operation has humiliated a little tyrant with his failures undeniable and on show for everyone to see, his situation is desperate and becoming more so, to the point where Putins only option is to threaten the word with nuclear annihilation which makes him look absolutely pathetic and hopeless, we can only hope that the 1000’s of intelligent and decent Russians rise up against him and take him out of power and create a democracy, as one person calling the shots is dangerous, especially when he’s a clinical psychopath and feels emasculated to the point he acts as he does.
Well said👍
I don't think he's a full psychopath just a nasty little man who didn't know when his time was up and drastically over reached.
He'll be cursed as Vladimir the idiot in Russia forever and this ends badly for him maybe badly for us all.

Can we get more of him. He needs to be on every channel.
The constant threat of nuclear war is like a bad teacher making outlandish threats to try and control a class.
Same as a schoolyard bully
This is a man speaking rationally about a situation that is mainly controlled by someone who thinks irrationally.
His point was there are many factors in play and not just the dictates of one man..rational or irrational.
What an excellent appraisal of the situation.

To quote Walter Sobchak "Look, without a hostage, there is no ransom. That's what ransom is." Putin is a cowardly small man with a really sick reading of history whispered into his ear by Duggin and they are going to fail in a HUGE way.
Dugin has NOTHING to do with Putin's worldview. Putin is influenced by other writers and Dugin is just a useful barking dog with a reputation in the West as "Putin's brain". Dugin is probably becoming very inconvenient to Putin right now with his hardline rhetoric and it's not impossible that his daughter was killed as a warning.

Russian nukes will effect the Russian war effort too. I'm no military expert, but fire of a nuclear weapon on the enemy, and then send your own forces through that area sounds like a terrible idea!
Good point for the west. But these people were happy to have their troops dig in around Chernobyl.
@@Chipchap-xu6pk I was going to say that too ! lol,,
@@Chipchap-xu6pk So true! 🤢
Brilliant analysis!! 👏👏
This guy is good! Very well spoken and informed.
It's worth noting that if putin uses tactical nukes every Russian in Ukraine dies in counter strike
So if Russia is going to claim that parts of Ukraine are actually Russian territory, would Russia be willing to use nuclear weapons on its own claimed territory there?
That would render their claim of it's being their own territory patently absurd.
Who nukes one's own territory? This isn't the prelude of the Hunger Games.
The question is, How far is the west willing to push him to see? His claim earlier was that NATO and Washington have plans in the works to invade the Russian mainland. That may be a huge lie...... but then again, it may not be. I think what we will see now is a massive occupation in Eastern Ukraine.
I think they mean they would nuke Kviv to make the govt surrender
@@beepbeep164 Except they won't surrender no matter what. That seems pretty damned obvious at this point. It's either win or cease to exist for them. Nukes are actually less painful than losing the old fashioned way.
@@beepbeep164 If that's the case, then the fall out would still be carried to Russia. Or Belarus. Maybe even Poland and the Baltics
@@gigacanno750 I hear you dude, but I think the original commenter was thinking that Russia was going to nuke the places that Ukraine took back recently instead of strategic parts of the rest of the country like the capital.
