Personally, this is likely going to be the hotel card I get in the future when I’m traveling more. Hyatt is a powerhouse of a hotel chain with a good credit card to match. Great video Kevin!
For sure! With some other chains being devalued (like Marriott removing some perks), Hyatt may come out on top for some people!
@3:42 doing the math Kevin provides, $1 spent at Hyatt = 15.3 cents; $1 spent at Marriot with the relevant card = 11.9 cents.
Would you still receive the points if you use a 3rd party website like Super
Aside from trying to get the full bonus, i dont get why anyone cares for the non hyatt x9 bonuses.. all the other bonuses are trash compared to most decent other travel cards
Yeah they definitely aren't the greatest earning categories compared to some other cards
Love the transfer options from Chase to Hyatt, really strong redemption value at Hyatt properties. Definitely want to look into getting this card in the future. Great video Kevin!

Question. So with the discoverist status, does it help me get to globalist quicker? Like does it start me at 10 nights, or do I still have to get the same amount of night to get globalist, my first 10 stays are just discoverist before I've earned it?
Do you know how long it takes to get the physical card? I just got approved and i'm traveling next week, so wanted to get it before i go out of town.
Can you get the fee waived for the first year?
I don't think you can, at least right now!
