Love the color combinations. Which chocolate did you use ? Have you tempered it .
Yes but this is the easy microwave method of tempering which is simply microwaving on short intervals preventing it from reaching high heat, so for this method you don’t need to use the marble board and etc and for this I’m just using the Belgian bar of chocolate. Hope that helps 🤗
Since metal can’t go in the microwave, how are you heating the knife and tips? Is hot running water from the tap sufficient, or do you have another method? Thanks!!
Hi, yeah I just run my knife under some hot water for a few seconds and that is enough to give you those sharp edges, Hope that helps 🤗
This is a silly question, but how do you heat your knife?
No that’s not silly at all, all questions are important to me. You can run it under some hot water or you can take a glass of hot water and let it sit in there for a few seconds until it’s hot and remove it and clean with a paper towel both options work perfect to get nice sharp edges on your cake hope that helps traci ☺️🤗
No nothing is a silly questions, I take a glass of hot water and let the knife sit in the glass for a few sec until the knife is hot or you can run it under some hot water. Hope that helps and more then happy to help with any other questions ☺️
