I decorate all my cupcakes like this because its easier than piping, it was also the rage many years ago because it was easier to decorate the flat surface and looked more modern than traditional cupcake icing.
Ohh that’s amazing, I know many years ago the flat top was a trend and it was beautiful the new method for this video was more about how I line the cupcakes together and pipe continuously to decorate that’s something I haven’t seen anyone do so was really excited to share 🤗and I agree the flat surface definitely does look more modern ☺️
