I desperately need your help I'm in love with your tutorials can't get enough of them was wondering if you could help me figure out why my edible cake lace isn't pliable they crack all to pieces do u have a tutorial for this 10:39
so glad you found us and are loving our tutorials. I don't have anything currently on cake lace but that could be something we do in the future.. I have worked with it some. I've only ever had them crack when they get overly dried out(I don't know if that makes sense) I think I wen't to sparse with my application and then let them dry too long.. But it's been a while since I've worked with it. out of curiosity what brand are you using?
ahh,,,, I've always bought the mixable product from companies like Martellato(sugar dress) or sugar veil and used the directions that come with the product. I've never tried making my own, that is a brave endeavor.
