If you want to see more of my piping techniques tutorials I have put together a playlist here: ua-cam.com/play/PLUpPCmcdsboCKu7arbis6ACQifUT9o20N.html You can also find the recipe for my buttercream here ua-cam.com/video/tJ_T9WJEgXg/v-deo.html
This is a really helpful, well-thought-out video. I will always love the first and second ones, which look much like a real rose! They look so elegant. Thanks so much, Lyn.
Hello! Thank you very much for this very easy to follow video on piping rosettes. Now I know how you can pipe them with different nozzles! They are all lovely and I could use them on different events.
This is the video I was looking for.🙌 I lost my 1B tip and couldn't remember the number on it. OMG, thanks Lynn you're a life saver. I know I can always count on you for this info. 😊
Hi! I'm just starting to bake and decorate cupcakes and I am so glad I came across your video!! New subscriber here!! I loved your videos I hope I can do them successfully haha!! 😊😊😊

Thanks so much 😊 I love them all too. They are all really pretty and you can use them for different occasions as they create such different effects. Thank you so much for watching .
It's so pretty isn't it. I was so surprised the first time I piped it to get that effect. That's why I love creating this series of piping techniques so you can see which ones do and maybe see one you might not have thought to use.
Love the pink colour just perfect I was just trying to find out what I can use or do to get the right pink in my buttercream as I find it comes out peachy for the light/baby pink colour I try to get so I’ve just ordered some raspberry colour splash so thank you for sharing love using my nozzle tips xx
I am so glad you enjoy them. Have you seen the other piping cupcake videos on my channel. I have 7 videos in this series comparing different piping tips and also some other flower cupcakes. Here is a link to a playlist if you haven't already seen them: ua-cam.com/play/PLUpPCmcdsboCKu7arbis6ACQifUT9o20N.html
@@CakesbyLynz which is the best I was confused Tomorrow I will go to buy nozzle 1M 2D 1E Pls reply... I wanted your piping videos more And I watched all of your piping vdos
Hi Lynz, sorry if you've already mentioned it, but id like to ask about whether the same piping techniques apply to royal icing rosettes, and whether I can pipe direct onto a fondant cake. I've previously used my handmade gumpaste roses and flowers, on fondant cakes, sticking them with royal icing. I've seen a lovely buttercream cake design, that I would like to recreate on a fondant cake..❤
Hi Kelly, The 2D is definitely the classic rosette and is so pretty. I think this will always be one of the most popular piping tips for people to use and I love this one. I do love the others, but they have a very different effect, perfect if you don't want it to look as flowery.
Where do you buy your nozzles? and do all nozzles fit into an interchangeable coupler on the piping bag? So you can change nozzles without changing the bag

I like the 1B the most for sure !!
Its a really lovely swirl isn't it. I think it looks really modern as its a bit more chunky than the 2D
@@CakesbyLynz Yes I love it !
I love 2D and 1B amazing designs
I love the 2D too. I brought the 1B for this tutorial to test it out and I love that it is a larger bolder version of the smaller swirl.

1st one is my fav!
I think thats the most classic looking rosette, so I love this one too
@@CakesbyLynz agreed!
Thanks very useful! So clearly explained
can you please also make a video in icing cupcakes using whipped cream?
I don't think you can just "frost" with whipped cream. It gets too watery. I believe that you have to stabilize it with something.
2D is my favourite 😍
Especially the last one my favorite
Love it 😍😍
Love it ..
Thank you Hera, do you have a favourite?
@@CakesbyLynz plzzz make a video .. about pineapple soft sponge plzzzz

Hi thanks for sharing..may i know the buttercream need to be kept in fridge before pipping it to cupcake
Hi can you use frosting with gel food colouring on top of marzipan or will this destroy the cake?

I can see theres a link for buying the 2D. But i can see it doesnt say Wilton, it says gem instead. So which one shall i buy? Gem or wilton?
Bom muito bom ganhou um escrito 👍
I like first one the best, are these nozzles available in the same labels in all countries?
Amezing
Like the first one.... can piping bags be reused? 🤔
Hi Sherami, Yes definitely, even if they are disposable you can always remove the nozzle and wash them out to reuse them.
@@CakesbyLynz thanks !!! Love the tutorials... All the way from Sri Lanka!!!

Does this work for cream cheese frosting
