When I first started, I did not know where to begin and what kind of tips should I get, so I ended up order many of them. Oh, how I love watching you do your magic! So fascinating to see each petal that you pipe unfold into a beautiful flower! One of my very favorites (that I cannot do!) is the little individual petal flowers all over the cupcake! Please keep up the great work. While I may be slow, I AM learning! Oh, almost forgot!! Where did you get your BIG flower nail? I can't find one of that size and I think it would help me. Yours looks wonderful!

Could you do a vid on how to use buttercream in a piping bag the next day if you didn't use all of it? Do you take it out of the bag and rewhip it? Or only use enuff cream for piping for 1 day, and shouldn't put a piping bag with icing back in the fridge? I can't find any info on this. Thank you.
I only leave buttercream in bags if those bags are use for piping leaves, stems or dots. Simply leave the bags soften in temperature, then give the bags a little massage before use.

Yes, it's the same 104.
Can you let me know please the recipe for cream . I'm check you web side and I can't find. That's not Swiss butter cream it's completely different texture this one hold shape very well .😘 from Poland
Hi Kate, so far I only use Swiss Butter Cream and American Butter Cream for decorating floral cupcakes. Check this link for all recipes www.anhbakes.com/learning
