Wonderful video. Thank you for sharing! I have a tagine from Morocco and I love it! I can tell the Moroccan chef loves to cook because he smiles throughout the entire video. Chef you represent your country very well. I can not wait to visit Morocco! God Bless you.
Chef, I so loved your video. Your presentation was well executed. I love how you took the time to explain things, like what potatoes go well with Chicken. I bet you and your wife would be a hit over in California.
It looks like cumin. I know from living in Morocco they use cumin when cooking vegetables. However, the video man should list the spices for the veg tagine, especially since he is talking non stop over the chef , so I didn't get all the ingredients except turmeric, salt, ginger powder, and fresh garlic and olive oil.
Mumtaz Chopdat He totally ruins this video. I have no clue what spices were used in the veg tagine. How many times do you need to ask about the quantity of chicken??...he needs to step out of camera and shut up ffs!!
That he did everything right except when he added that chemical coloring called Safran it is an insult to Moroccan cooking, we use proper natural Safran in a Tajine cooking and definitely no cling film.
yes didn't"t hear what he used for the first spice after the veg arrangement just heard him say salt etc etc made watching the whole video a waste of time sorry
Very humble and well mannered chef.

Beautiful dish, but I don't understand the plastic wrap look a like thing
wonderful thanks
i love tagiiiiin
Seriously, u split the video by talking too much.. Calm down let the chef does what does best..
I don`t understand why the plastic wrap was added before more cooking, then seemed to have disappeared (disintegrated into the dish?).
I watched it twice. I. Definitely going to try this.. What's that brown powder called that he uses in the vegetables?
Ginger and turmeric with garlic salt and pepper. A touch of saffron at the end.

The guy dnt kno how to ask ques..such kind of act could annoy the chef..😁😂
Thumbs up for Moroccan chef, thumbs down for Indian man for asking too many questions.
Geez old mate came out of nowhere and gave him a hard time!
The other guy is so interrupting,,, irritating acutely
The chef is wondeful, but the Indian guy is rude.
Not rude. A bit too exited maybe. He is curious and he pays atention to details. Not rude. It was a great video
True hahahahahaha

Chef if Moroccan ask about secret you never tell him but with foreign people u show him all secret..
such a wonderful dish but with SARAN WRAP!!!!!?
yeah as a Moroccan that threw me off. I use aluminum foil instead. When you tighten the lid it basically becomes sealed and does the job perfectly.

I don't believe this recipe has cumin, much to the chef to the left's dismay.
Great video though, thank you - I subscribed!
Gosh! The plastic wrap has melted into the chicken dish! That guy talked too much and I find it so annoying.
Kenny Kang it never will melted its a comun technic

He ask so much nonsense, special salt? and how big the chicken should be? , jeeez, Use commmon sense!!!
Hindous don't even speak properly .hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
yes didn't"t hear what he used for the first spice after the veg arrangement just heard him say salt etc etc made watching the whole video a waste of time sorry
It was curcumin (the orange stuff), then black pepper and he moved on to garlic and olive oil.
Indian Cooking is primitive whereas Morocan cooking is Euro-proven even served in western USA
MRZ12000 I‘m moroccan too and i tell you to shut up... come on bought cuisines are very famous and served worldwide
