@tonias82 My personal interpretation is that her life is hard (as is everyones) and in this one bedtime snack she finds happyness and serinity for just a little while. Because of this she thinks that she has discovered how to be forever happy, but the next day she realizes that no one thing can make you happy. You just have to accept that life has ups and downs, and that everything is just what it is, the meaning it has to you is really something you made up.
This song hits a place of my human soul that I know I have and live but don't get to feel it often enough..Regina is a true beautiful artist and I am so happy to hear her music I bet George Harrison would loooove her stuff so would John
