Sounds terrific. But it would be helpful if we were given more details, like the amount of condiments (a tsp, or a tbsp?), and the temperature at which to cook the potatoes and the fish. Thank you.
I just found this same recipe on Pinterest. The recipe calls for an oven temp of 450. Also, cook the tuna for 6 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 6 minutes. You're welcome!
hi what is the white powder she is sprinklikng on potatoes right before putting in the oven - that part wasn't typed for view. was that salt? cheese? what? thx in advance.

Noo😅 don‘t just don‘t cook a tunasteak well done. I bit salt a bit pepper, ad a sesame crust(it will stick from alone). Cook it at medium heat with a bit oil( i prefer avocado oil) for just 45 sec... it has to be raw in the middle.
Not everyone likes raw meat. It doesn’t have to be raw in the middle 🙄. Don’t tell someone else how to cook THEIR recipe. You can say what you prefer on your own UA-cam channel.
@@cheatahmame6663 I dont tell you how to cook it im just giving my tips wich i learned from over 10 years experience in a 2 michelin star restaurant. but yea think what you want mate Its a meal that can be pretty expensive so you should cook it „the right way“ But yea IT HAS TO BE RAW IN THE MIDDLE
Nico Maichenitsch That was not a tip. It was a recipe. And it doesn’t have to be raw in the middle. They showed YOU how to cook a tuna steak. No one cares about your cooking resume on someone else’s channel.
Hey @Nico Maichenitsch what about frozen tuna? It still should be red in the middle when preparing? I'm not sure about quality of tuna as I hadn't much choice except frozen one, what can you suggest as tuna steak for me is something similar to beef steak which I would prefer red in the middle.
Little advice, when making a video use Temps and measurements
That would be helpful.
At least temps measure with ur heart is what I was always told

I don't understand why oven temperature is so important to so many...you bake it until you like the color

Geez
No temps 😒
This is a pretty bad video. If you want us to try this recipe, you should've told us the temp. That's the most important information.
