First time I heard Mamma Mia was in KARA's Killing Voice. Instant hit. Love it so much. I need to dive back into them because I really like a lot of their songs.
Maybe you could check out their most recent comeback "When I Move" from their 15th anniversary in 2022.
Lupin, Pandora and Damaged Lady are must listen songs.
KARA got me into K-Pop many many years ago. These days, after being away from the scene for awhile, (G)I-DLE and Dreamcatcher brought me back. But KARA will forever be my number one ❤
If you want more funky sounds, Lupin and Jumping are also great songs by KARA

Step and Mammamia have different producers. Sweetune was the usual producers for Kara (OT5) and after two Kara members left and one member came in 2014, Duble sidekick produced Mamma mia.

I still think that the strongest era for girl groups is the second generation. In Korea, Girls' Generation was the strongest, and in Japan, Kara was actually the strongest. Girls' Generation and Kara are the absolute strongest. I think Kara is the winner because the song has a unique, overwhelming emotion.
I recommend " Damaged Lady", I'm sure you will be surprised!! 😊 This is my favourite group ever
