Kara is that iconic group that even if they are not your bias group you will still listen and enjoy their songs 👍♥️
I love their song even though I'm not a real fan but since 2010 I still kept on waiting for their comebacks and reaaaally enjoyed every single one of them.
They still have another song as 4 members called Cupid which I really enjoyed ♥️🥰
Kara have that element in their songs that if you listen to their songs randomly you will be like yes that kara's song!! Their vibes ,their voices, their instruments and their dances are always perfect .

Step is one of the greatest songs in kpop history. Without a doubt. Whenever I need a pick me up, Step is one of the first on the list.
(I did a Top 50 of all time and it was in the top 15)
Also love how shook you were from the start of Damaged Lady. Shoutout to my bias Seungyeon with the high note.
“Damaged lady” was THAT song for me when it dropped I went bananaaaz ! I must’ve listen to it a billion times.. it’s crazy how music shape our lives looking back 😞💓💓 I miss them so much 😞💗
These reactions to 2nd gen are such good times, watching them all at once really makes me so nostalgic and I was so happy during those times listen to these girl groups.
I get such intense nostalgia whenever I listen to KARA. For me they're one of the groups who have kept the "2nd generation" Kpop sound throughout their career. Mamma Mia is such a bop and is still one of my favourites till today!

U have to see the dance practice for mamma mia and cupid, the new member was someone very cute (the girl from error - vixx actually), her name is young ji, and very talented (like, she came with so, SO, SOOO MUCH TALENT is a groups with years of kpop), in these dances u can see how she catch well with the group.
Also everything you said at the end was so genuine and lovely! I’m so glad you enjoyed Kara so much especially as they seem to be overlooked when talking about 2nd gen groups that defined kpop which is an absolute crime.
step goes down as the epitome of what kpop should be: fun, colorful, a burst of energy, and just a good time but with this sentimental emotions layer behind it
I don't need a reaction but please enjoy yourself with a KBS program called Invincible Youth. It was a show with female idols of a farm. Truly my favorite Korean program. Aired around 2009. Idols Sunny and Yuri from Girls Generation, Hara Goo from Kara, Hyomin from T ara, Narsha from Brown Eyed Girls, Sunhwa from Secret. A group worth checking out. HyunA from 4minute. Another great group. I hope you are able to catch this wonderful show. It's a classic. You can find it here on UA-cam.

I really hope you can check "Cupid", their last comeback soon! It's one of my favorite songs by them ever. It's so good and addicting and the aesthetic is just beautiful. Also their solos >>>> my favorite is Seungyeon's "Guilty", a great pop rock song.
They're known for being huge in Japan too to the point of even having their own cartoon and being the first group to perform in Tokyo Dome. I also hugely recommend their Japanese discography, they really were releasing bop after bop, reset after reset.
Damaged Lady reminds us every goddess has a side you don't want to meet. Ever.
Kara gave us looks for days in all these MVs QUEENS! Step is one of the best kpop songs in history IMO. Damaged Lady is so badass and powerful and confident and sexy and for sure my favorite Kara MV. And though I was upset Nicole and Jiyoung left, Mamma Mia and the addition of Youngji made sure I would be with Kara until the end. I love them so much.

KARA are just. So great, and I'm really thankful that you checked them out, and your comments at the end really touched me. I wasn't a stan but I followed their music, and right now the nostalgic feelings are hitting hard.

I still miss Hara
Mama Mia is probably my favorite Kara song. Everything checks out in this song. I know some people worried since the group was kinda reorganized with Nicole and Jiyoung leaving and then the addition of Yongji. But honestly this blew all other Kara songs outta the water for me when I heard it .
That said I can't say I was much of a Kara fan, kinda just listened to them casually. But I was(still am) very much in love with Gyuri, the leader and self proclaimed goddess( which honestly I agree). Their appearances in variety shows( especially star golden bell) are so memorable for me. I miss her/them so much 😢 not sure if youtube would actually have any of the star golden bell episodes or any Kara variety shows up since they're so old but they're a must watch especially for other older groups like 2pm, SHINee, SNSD, MBLAQ.
Step was such an amazing song. Even though I wasn't quite a fan, I acknowledge that song
I got to see Kara in concert. My ex-gf dragged me as she is one of their biggest fans (I forget what their fandom is called...karmelia? Kamila? Kamilia?). I was very pleasantly surprised, even though I am more of a 2ne1 fan (I got to see them in a concert too).
So lucky, I've been a Kamilia since Step era and never got to see them :(
