Can you tell me what it finally sold for? I only ask because it was probably my favorite property you've had on here. Thank you and have a happy new year.
You lost me after the first three minutes. Trees need to b trimmed, grasses cut and needs an overall good maintenance. Interior is dark, looking at old furniture and moving boxes. Why? This could be a decent property with a great exterior clean and interior staging.
Hello. We have many properties for sale in various conditions. Some of our properties need work. This one is for sale in this condition. This is a virtual tour which shows the property exactly as it is, with nothing hidden and no staging. Please see www.casatuscany.com for all our other properties.
Are you Pazzo?? (LOL/JK!!) This place is a mini castle and a bargain at the price they're asking!! All the things you mentioned can be handled in a week or two with a small crew of landscapers/tree trimmers. The wood and stonework are amazing. The arches, windows and brick ceilings in the lower rooms are gorgeous! If this house was in Umbria or Tuscany you could easily tack on 2 million to the asking price. It's obviously the home of an older person or couple who let the exterior grounds maintenance become too much for them. I'm not a fan of the tufted sofas but there are some art deco pieces in that house that are worth quite a bit. I would just bring a van load of grass seed, a rider mower and some colorful ceramic pots and plants from New Jersey and I'd be in heaven! (I'm from New York but get all my gardening supplies in NJ because of the selection!) Anywho not trying to be insulting just have a construction background and some would say an eye for landscaping design!) Have a great week!! (Imagine some bright flowers cascading down from those walls around the property?)
@@fuddcar I agree, but am not bothered by the boneheads. I buy places like this, spend 10-25k and a month or two, then either rent or sell for considerable profit. There are even small businesses that will remove everything for free as they will post on line or sell to dealers, making their own tidy profit. Anyhow, the brick ceilings, beams etc - can’t be made today, and the mc mansions in the us are a bastardized facsimile
Absolutely spectacular home. Great find. Love everything about it.
Love this property. Even the view across the road is nice.
Just need to bring a rake, a pressure washer and some gardening tools.
NOW SOLD
