Watch Adrienne Walker react to her husband Austin Cook’s Hamilton audition! Adrienne is known for her roles as Nala in Disney’s The Lion King and Hattie in Kiss Me Kate. Austin is known for his role as a music associate on the first national Hamilton tour and the Broadway production as well as the music director on the Dear Evan Hansen first national tour.

I was a pit auditor in Atlanta when Austin was music directing the DEH tour. I’m so grateful for that experience! It was very informative and gave me up-close exposure about the skillsets needed for leading and playing live shows. This upcoming fall, I’m starting my masters at CCM as a musical theater graduate assistant in conducting. Thank you for the amazing experience!
