Energetic Synthesis: A Case Study by Anastasia Sprout

This is a case study of the online spiritual community called “Energetic Synthesis,” where I was a paying member from Spring 2020 until Summer 2023. In it, I include details of positive and negative experiences I had. I offer concerns about the ES leadership with examples of projection, spiritual bypass, and triangulation. I introduce and define the term "Starflake." I review the findings from online investigations into the male leader of ES, Thomás Fernández-Calvo, and show how a pop musical group can be used as agents of mass mind control triggering.
I also describe how the Deceptive New Age Mind Control program from Tavistok (UK) works, and review multiple complaints from former ES members for discernment. I close with ideas for solutions for current ES members.
