Oh wow!
As far as I know, the only thing you would be missing out by buying the non-vault editions are the "artifacts" inside the books, the vaults (obviously), and the ripped pages of the prophesy in the Jedi Path (they are instead scribbled over). I also think that covers are not textured like fake leather and do not have depth. Instead, they are what you might find on a hardcover book.

Thanks for sharing. One question: are the batteries put in when sealed? I would like to buy a new copy from eBay but afraid liquid leaking.
These are both awesome, got them from Amazon last year. Just checked and nether is available any longer. Wonder if Disney forced Amazon to pull them? Collectors items now.

I don't know...is it my voice, or is it the Sith Vault...
Please help! When I press the button the door has some issue when I listen a strangenoise and it starts forcing itself up. In the end I can't reach the crystal inside because it does not lift itself completely. Does anyone has any idea on how to fix this door?

How are there written texts? I was under the impression there is no paper in the Star Wars universe...still super cool and I want them.

Love the video! The camera movements were a bit strange, but that doesn't matter much! I so wish i could have the "Book of Sith" so badly! There has to be Darth Vader stuff in "Book of Sith", right? Darth Vader is my favorite character.
Darth Vader has annotated some of the texts within the Book of Sith, but hasn't written any of the passages. About the camera movements: I have no clue what UA-cam auto-awesome (or whatever it's called) did with that... ;-(

I Got the Book of the Sith vault edition at vintage stock today for $25.00 it will look Great next to my Jedi Path vault edition it was used I Don’t have the Box but I Got for $25.00 I am not Complaining

Do you know if the maps, cloths, etc also come in the regular edition of these two?
Some printed items (such as Luke's handwritten notes) should be printed onto the pages, but I believe physical items like the napkins and cloths are not included in the regular editions.

It's a talisman, actually. And it's made of plastic, almost so cheap that it's like a Happy Meal toy.

See now the Jedi book states under the Sith section, that Darth Bane died on Ruusan due to the Thought Bomb...didn't his apprentice Zannah kill him 2 books later?? Anyone else found this and have any answers?
The jedi and Sith are not always correct about each other.
Dath bane's rule of two only worked in secrecy. He wanted the Jedi to think him dead and the Sith vanquished. His apprentice killing him is what actually happened, as was supposed according to the rule of two

It's also implied that Bane actually may have transferred his soul/spirit/Force ghost into Zannah's body via the Force Essence transfer or something like that, I can't remember what it's called.
Dang it those are cool! This Sith container is the better of the two but they are still great.
Sith container has a better look(more fashion) because it came out a few years later than the old Jedi book. Both cool stuffs!

You messed up man, you said that Revenge of the Sith was the third movie. It is the third episode, but the sixth movie. The third movie is Return of the Jedi.
There is no right answer there, Revenge is both the third and sixth film while Return is both the sixth and third film.
