I do like the sound of the Flo Pro V Force mufflers but they were too loud on the highway with a touch of drone. The flow fx are way nicer on the highway. I can actually talk in the cabin now!
@@moderate_performance I'm planning on using 2 different flowfxs on mine, the small coke can style, and the big bois like you have, the small ones are gonna be for side exits on cutout valves, the big bois will be full time rear exits
Nice! I do like the V-Force mufflers but they were too loud in the highway. I am looking the FlowFx. I've had them on the car about 1 year and they have "worked in" and sound different now. I'll have to make an update video in the spring.
There was some drone initially, but after a few drives and heat cycles, they have gotten better. On my car, around 2100rpm there is a touch of drone but it isn't as bad as the chambered mufflers and the car doesn't spend much time at that rpm anyway. At highway cruising speeds I can actually have a conversation in the car now lol.
They can, especially if they are mufflers with packing in them. The heat cycles and carbon build up can change the sound of the muffler over time. And if packing get blown out of the muffler, they really change sound levels lol
Sounds way better with the flowfx in my opinion, none of that high pitched raspiness
Thanks! I'm liking the smoother tone of the flow fx
I run flowfx also but sounds completely different. I definitely like your 1st mufflers better on your car

That sounds like a good plan
I liked the first set better
Thanks for the comparison.
It sounds fantastic
Thanks!
I have V-Force mufflers on one of my cars. They sound pretty good, but I think those FlowFX mufflers sound better.

Fx sounds awesome 👌
Damnit man!!! Flowed all Day!!!! 👍🏼🤙🏼
Nice car dude. Both sound great 👍
The flow master was the best to keep the cops from stopping you
That is for sure. The flow fx are much quieter. I can now have a conversation while cruising at highway speeds lol
I have the same mufflers on my 96 GT. Also dumped.
Nice! I like the way these cars look with no tail pipes
Local albertan…I’m from Beaumont…nice to keep it local
You're a touch farther north! We're down here in Lethbridge.
Any droning from the FXs dumped

Hello friend, a question.
As time goes by, mufflers change their sound???

@@moderate_performance Oh God, brother, it's true, you're absolutely right.
Thank you very much for answering me 👍😎
Cut the old mufflers open and really see how bad the old mufflers are😁
Unfortunately I tossed them in the metal bin and didn't think of opening them up. 🤦♂️
@@moderate_performance well son of a biscuit eater 😂
Can't even tell the car's running 🤣 Have some balls and get rid of the converters
I do have the cats emptied out! The car is very quiet at idle with either muffler.
