Thanks for the video. Currently in SharePoint when someone makes a comment in a List (when you click into the line item and then post a comment), it does not update the modified by or modified date field. Is there a way to capture that information via SharePoint setting or through PowerAutomate? Thank you !
Hi, so I saw your video from a while back to show how to put multiple answers from a form into a SharePoint list, I am wondering whether I can have multiple answers from multiple questions (all the answers are numbers) and so when they go into the list column, it shows the total of the answers added up rather than all the numbers next to each other. Hopefully this makes sense and you can help me out or possibly you've already made a video on this and if so could point me in the right direction. Thanks
powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Flows/Add-function-with-dynamic-content/td-p/267871 You're going to want to do something like this. Using the add() function in Power Automate with your Question responses
Is it possible to generate and email a report of all files in a specific SharePoint site & sub-site libraries with "Last Accessed" information, then link this up to Power Automate or some type of flow so that files of a certain age are sent to an Archive site?. I understand the description is extremely brief but not worth the huge explanation unless it is possible and if you could assist. Obviously, I will be happy to pay for a few hours of consulting time to get a proof of concept and explain the requirement in more detail.
