All the time & one of the worst things is that I so naively trusted these so called professionals with incredibly private, confidential, sensitive information about me which they vindictively used against me in ways you wouldn't believe. Fortunately, I'm a great believer in eventual & eternal justice.
oh wow this opened my eyes so much! literally came at the perfect time. the words that stuck out most to me were when you said "people pleasing can become self abandonment". i really felt that... it was like i had a moment were i remembered all the times in my life when i chose to do something, not for myself but because it was expected of me and how those actions lead me to literally lose my most treasured self. thank you so much for this!
