Rob, I just want to say thank you!!! For all the podcast episodes. You motivate me every single time when I feel drowned and don’t know for what I am doing this. But you remember me. For my amazing life. Life is either hard now or hard later. Love your quotes, which stick into my head. I really love you and how you make everyone of us better. Thank you for the webinar yesterday. It was magical. I will never forget this experience. Today has my new life began. I know that not everyday can be perfect but that doesn’t matter because we learn from our mistakes and get better! Thank you for making me better! Always talking about you to my loved ones 😂 Thank you! 🌞🐬🌊

I would first like to say. That I absolutely love all of your podcasts! Your words are always on point and so completely true. Your exercises have mind blowing effects on changing and improving my mindset. Which is always followed by the betterment of my lifestyle. My outlook on life has became so much more peaceful and I feel so much better about myself. After engaging in the life altering exercises and tips on your podcasts. However, this video about. Why were we never taught? I must say I disagree with one comment you made. You stated that the 5 tips you give are NOT as SEXY as drinking a glass of wine or watching Netflix. While I understand the concept. Behind the fact. That to your mind. Those things may appear more attractive. I still truly believe. That taking the harder road and making an effort to improve and change your reaction to things in life. Is WAY more sexy than coving up and blocking out your feelings! I think that putting in the effort is the most sexy thing anyone can do. It shows self respect and determination! Just like a man who is unafraid to express emotions in public. Because , he realizes. That these feelings are normal and there is nothing wrong with having the.. it is just mainly hoe you express them that is important. I think that is one of the sexiest displays on the planet. It shows confidence and self awareness. Thank you for making the daily effort to change and improve! Thank even more for going the extra mile to share it with others! You EMPOWER people! In a place and often times positions that make people feel powerless. I have the utmost respect towards you for that. You have inspired me to make my own podcasts ,a Mind Valley Quest, and become a public speaker. I hope to reach, teach, and touch the lices with the same impact you have had on innumerable people! I would love you to coach me. Someday I will have enough money for that. However, I suspect. That by the time i have enough money. I won't feel the need for it anymore. I will have realized by that time. That I don't need your guidence. I could do it on my own all along. If you are truly as good ofa speaker as I continually brag. Then you should have instilled enough tools in me. That i can accomplish anything on my own. I only nees to put in the foot work and use the tools i ha e been provided. Follow the process and be patient. Everytime I hear you speak. I think damn! I want to be empowering and share knoedge that makes other feel the way I feel right now! I am excited to see what new knowledge you co e up with in the future. Take care, stay strong, and continue to change, grow, and develop. There truly is NO limit Rob!

Rob has a mindset so strong I'm amazed a human has this. And let alone he's sharing his mindset to other people. I have just recently found your channel and listened to a couple of videos. But seeing the titles of all the other ones make me feel like I'll be a stronger person each time I apply the things you'll teach me.
I'm a college student, and there's not a lot of services at my school to support student mental health. You're helping me get through a time I was scolded by my professor because did not like a my PowerPoint presentation. I ended up blaming myself in my head-- for things I should have done differently. The things were excessive and I couldn't hating myself. However, you help me Let go cause it's like carrying a 50 pound backpack in a marathon. (You gave this backpack example too)
Whenever some negative thoughts of mine pop up, I hope I can be reminded of your words. Or if I don't, I hope to listen to you in a podcast And build myself back up again.
