I know exactly what you mean.. I was born in a Muslim family, but I didn't really know about Islam and Allah. At those times, i always felt lost, sad and depressed all the time, although i did have good times but they were short lived. After some years passed i came closer to Allah and learned more about Islam and knew what the "peace of the heart" meant. Life is so colorful and beautiful when there's Allah in your heart ❤️

I see Muslim say many things but this is also said in the Old Testament specifically by the Nevi'im. By definition being a Muslim practicing Islam is very good but the religion of Mohammed and Uthman does not stand the test of time like the doctrine and teachings of Jesus Christ. His message was far superior and not once did he exalt himself above others or to a specific group, he never received money and not once did his message correlate to his earthly desires (or lack of). Many people in history have done terrible things in the name of religion and unfortunately Mohammed is one of them. I was born Muslim but felt my Islam didn't work for me so I left and traveled the world in search of God. I studied Christianity, Buddha, Taoism among other religions. When I got to the Middle East I found Islam again in Jerusalem of all places. There I prayed at the Dome of the Rock and went down to the Well of Souls there I found Allah and Islam again.

I know exactly what you mean.. I was born in a Muslim family, but I didn't really know about Islam and Allah. At those times, i always felt lost, sad and depressed all the time, although i did have good times but they were short lived. After some years passed i came closer to Allah and learned more about Islam and knew what the "peace of the heart" meant. Life is so colorful and beautiful when there's Allah in your heart ❤️

I see Muslim say many things but this is also said in the Old Testament specifically by the Nevi'im. By definition being a Muslim practicing Islam is very good but the religion of Mohammed and Uthman does not stand the test of time like the doctrine and teachings of Jesus Christ. His message was far superior and not once did he exalt himself above others or to a specific group, he never received money and not once did his message correlate to his earthly desires (or lack of). Many people in history have done terrible things in the name of religion and unfortunately Mohammed is one of them.

There are many more differences between people who are part of the Institution of Islam, and the prophets of the bible & Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ was a Jewish rabbi, in his time, who submitted his will to Almighty God the Father of all creation. The whole world isn’t Arabic speaking, just because he submitted his will to the creator that does not make him a Muslim by 2024’s standards. A Muslim today is one who practices the religion of Islam according to the Quran, the Prophet and his companions. Maybe in 600ad you could get away with the newly coined term, but now there are too many distinctions between the prophets of the bible and yourself & others who practice the religion of Islam according to Quran, prophet & companions.
If you still choose to say Jesus was a Muslim after this breakdown, I understand, I’m a man and you believe you have the word of God - but I say this… All religion is man made and ALL (of the big 3) have been used by people for personal gain, however, belief in our most high creator is right and good. But if Jesus was a Muslim whose religion was Islam, then you must accept that you are a Muslim 2.0 who practices Islam 2.0 because there are many differences between him, the other prophets and yourself as a Muslim. If “2.0” is too close to bid’ah, then please be truthful. It is a fallacy and exaggeration when you say that a Jewish rabbi’s religion was Islam therefore he was Muslim. Islam today is a religious institution and Muslims practice “Islam according to Quran, Prophet and companions”.
Islam/Muslim might be Arabic words to describe one’s position or way of life, but when speaking English we must be clear especially because this language is so simple yet convoluted and easily misunderstood. You cannot drop an Arabic word in an English sentence and attribute the original meaning to it. For the final time (because I’ve been repetitive like the bible and Quran 😅) in all English speaking [I assume all non-Arabic] countries. When I got my breath back, she took some water and wiped my face and head, and led me into the house. There were some woman of the Ansar inside the house, and they said: 'With blessings and good fortune (from Allah).' (My mother) handed me over to them and they tidied me up. And suddenly I saw the Messenger of Allah in the morning. And she handed me over to him and I was at that time, nine years old.”

Jeremiah a prophet of God 1000 years before Islam was a thing The Lord God gave him these words. Your Quran and Islam goes against all that the biblical God says and the Biblical God is the God of the jews so that includes Abraham, Issac and even Ismael. The problems Muslims have is that they don’t have the spirit of truth, which is the Holy Spirit. To show them who Jesus is. No one can understand the truth of God and have fellowship with him except through the Holy Spirit. I pray God opens your eyes and gives you the Holy Spirit of truth.
Muslims use that verse because Mohammed claimed to be spoken about in the Bible but if you read the whole context in that chapter it is clearly speaking about the spirit of God.
The only time Mohammed is spoken about in the Bible is when Jesus warns about false prophet who deceive many. Or Galatians 1:8 it talks about angels bringing false messages to false prophets.

@@elite6678 good question. It’s because we can’t go to the father in our own merit. He is holy. We need to come to him through the sacrifice of the holy one. That was the original purpose of Jesus coming to earth and for the Messiah. Read Isaiah 53 a prophecy about Jesus 700 years before he came saying he would be a sacrifice for sins.
We can’t go to God without the covering of Christ he is too holy.
