Cats were beside me as a little child even when I slept. I remembered them sleeping with me and not my mother.. until now, I’m 73, cats are still sleeping with me. I love them and they love me.

For over 50 yrs I have cat's in my life , My parents gave me one when I was 4 yrs and after when I met my wife I discovered that she also grew up with cat's in her family and til this day we have cat's in our life..even cat's from the neaver hood visiting our garden ones or two times a day because my wife and I give them to eat and play 8th them...I can't imagine our life without cat's ❤😊

I have seven cats, four males and three females. I never planned on having this many but they just seem to find me. I love all of them equally but have decided I can’t possibly take in another stray.

My late wife brought a homeless cat home one day, I wasn't fond of it but I saw how happy it made her , when ever I put my prayer rug down it would immediately would get on it with me ,it was like it understood that I was about to pray and wanted to be apart of it .I've taken to cats ever since.
Allahs creatures are very intelligent when i am praying the sit in silences until i finish my prayers. Love from Tanzania

I also have 5 cats and I always have at least four or more types of cat food out for them to choose from. I clean their litter regularly and change their water everyday when there's plenty left in there (just so they have fresh water). I get them toys and I play with them with laser lights and feathers on strings for them to chase. In return, when I sleep apnea episodes, they wake me up. Because I have heart problems, they snuggle on my chest over my heart. And one time when I was carrying one past an area overgrown with tall grass, weeds, bushes, and crooked trees around sunset, he saw something in the tree which I could not see. He became terrified and jumped out of my arms and ran back home. I looked carefully and saw nothing in that tree. I think it might've been an evil djinn. I never went back near that area around sunset or night.

Hi not to offend you but when are you going to wake up and realize Allah is not God irs probably satan himself- and Mohammed was a prophet of God- but you know of who? The one true God- Yahweh/Elohim, Jesus Christ and Holy Spirit/the comforter- turns out the Quran was corrupted by a guy who lived during Mohammed’s time who hated Christian’s- and Mohammed was actually Christian because he was passing around the Old Testament
Mohhamed was convinced a demon possessed him(he was the only witness to this "spirit/demon" (therefor he tried to kill himself many times)

@@saffa6631 yeah and for your information the Quran was corrupted by a guy who lived when Mohammed did- he hated Christians and probably Jews as well- and yes I’ve heard that Allah translated to God in Aramaic but nowhere in the Bible does God say his name is Allah- it should be there because when the apostles were writing the Bible God was telling them what to write- don’t you think if Allah was his name he would’ve told them given they were writing the Bible? And FYI Mohammed was Christian because what he was handing out was the Old Testament- so technically the Quran doesn’t exist

So sorry for your loss. I lost my beloved yorkie of 13 years due to cancer, and was absolutely devastated. I have never forgotten the day I buried my baby, Ive lost a piece of my heart forever. I have many more pets still, dogs as well as 30 stray cats that I feed and care for daily, and I know the universe is grateful for all the good I do.

Alhamdulillah my only cat passed away last week after 14 years of a good life. he wasn't ready to go but his legs gave out, and could no longer stomach food. he has been my best most helpful companion in life.

This is what I witnessed in Cairo, Egypt in the 1990s. I Found a kitten that had worms. The Muslins I spoke to did not care about the kitten. They thought I was crazy even to consider taking care of the kitten. I was told that stores did not sell any meds for animals and there were no veterinarians in the country. Also, I was told that most muslins did not have pets, because it took away finances and time from their families, even thought it isn't against Islam's practices of owning pets.
Also, Iwitnessed an extremely large population of stray cats, which begged for food. They probably needed medical care.
This video says what I witness in Egypt is not correct. Is it only in Egypt? The good thing is they didn't kill the stray cats, but they should at least have some of the stray cats fixed to control the population.

My Father walked in after work to find my Mothers ginger cat fast asleep on my face in my pram, I was 4 months old. Needless to say I survived suffocation.
After I moved I thought one day of getting a animal,little did I know the next day walking outside someone had put 2 baby cats in a bird cage trying to make some money, in a birdcage with no food,no water in extreme heat and wasn't sure of their color since they were so dirty,I couldn't just walk past, I was saddened by the abuse as perhaps 5 weeks old huddled together I paid the woman what she wanted, years later they don't leave my side, I don't leave theirs, they are family and both turned out to be pure white as snow, they are a true blessing from Allah

Am slowly recovering, the joy that her and her little sister provided during these 2 and an half years is beyond words... But the pain that i felt afterwards was equally strong... As a new Revert who adores cats, i found this to be a heartwarming message.
We had two cats cause of my youngest daughter. Then last year my son rescued two stray cats. We wanted to give away the tiny ones for adoption but kept till they got stringer. Then we just couldn’t give them away. Now our male stray Impregnated two cats who gave birth to four kittens each. Now we have 12 cats at home. Gets really hard to care for them but still we have them at home eating and enjoying their lives.

The blessed prophet Mohammad phuh also encouraged kindness to all animals. When someone gave water to a dog by scooping water out of a deep well with his shoe, the prophet pbuh said that man was forgiven of sins. In another narration, he said to not overburden camels with too much weight. Animals have thoughts and feelings, sometimes more powerful than us, and they feel fear and sadness and hope and love and everything else. All animals deserve to be treated kindly and gently and mercifully.

Narrated Abu Huraira:
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "A prostitute was forgiven by Allah, because, passing by a panting dog near a well and seeing that the dog was about to die of thirst, she took off her shoe, and tying it with her head-cover she drew out some water for it. So, Allah forgave her because of that."
However, some Muslims believe dogs are unclean and don't like them stating that it's part of the religion not to like dogs.

It is not permissible for a Muslim to keep a dog, unless he needs this dog for hunting, guarding livestock or guarding crops.
Al-Bukhaari (2145) narrated that Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Whoever keeps a dog, a qiraat from his good deeds will be deducted every day, except a dog for farming or herding livestock.
Some scholars are of the view that it is not permissible to keep a dog for any reason other than these three. Others are of the view that it is permissible to draw analogies between these three and similar or more likely cases, such as guarding houses, because if it is permissible to keep dogs to guard livestock and crops, it is more appropriate that it should be permissible to keep dogs to guard houses.
My two fur baby cats ALWAYS attend my salats everytime .. and even though they don’t get along with each other / they are always at peace together on my prayer mat 🙏🏼☪️🤲🏼
Cats are cute, curious, awesome , loving , funny, comforter when you are sad and clever to. They simply is as I many time say , my best friend and Love Cats since I was a kid and always will. Cats are a blessing to every home but please if you can not take care of the kittens or give them good, loving forever homes then let the adult cat not have kittens, by spay them so we do not get stray cats with no home that sadly many times, suffer illness, , starvation and many times a cruel and hard death in the streets. Tired of so many stray cats in the world and even kittens that suffering because we do not take care of them. And finally the best thing with cats, They do not please you, you have to earn their love

Cats will help you when they believe you need their help. Mine entered my dream when I had sleep paralysis in 2020, the first month I adopted her. I had difficulty breathing and couldn't recite Allah's names. My kitty suddenly sat in front of me and began to guide me to breathe gently while slowly reciting. I woke up after a few seconds and my kitty was asleep across the bed. Not sitting on my lap as I saw she did in my dream. She did it only once and never did another on subsequent sleep paralyses. I have better mitigation ever since whenever paralysis occurs as I sleep. These days I never have any no more. Perhaps their tight 4th dimensional tie is true. But just look at them, cats are just the most enchanting and loveliest furrry creatures.
.y grandma once told me that if someone is ill and the outcome of the illness could be noticed in a cat's behaviour. If the cat is avoiding coming close to the sick person, that person may be near death. But if the cat gets nearer and curling, that person will not die of that illness.
There was a cat called Oscar that went to those who were dying in a hospital and would sit on their beds until they passed, offering some comfort to those in their final days or hours.

I remember my encounter with a cat.. it was year 2020 during covid times, I was doing my university's work.. after getting done with that I went upstairs and there was this pure snow white cat sitting and watching my parents who were already there, note that I was a bit stressed bc of work so when I went there the cat came to me suddently and started licking my feet...felt like as she sensed my feeling of unrest & lonliness and she wanted to comfort me and hug.. I wish I could have hugged her at that time.. she was continuously and mysteriously looking at me with empathic looks in her eyes.. idk what was that, but I'll never forget that encounter with that lovely cat... I sometimes miss that cat and miss that moment...💔🥺🥺

Cats are truly mysterious creatures. I had a sweet Persian cat and one day my friend and I noticed she was looking up into the air and started to play at the air with her paws. There was nothing there, no fly or insect. We both believe she was playing with something that we can not see. It is interesting to hear about this connection cats have with another dimension and being able to perceive things which humans can not. I do believe this to be true. Also their purs have a very calming effect, I enjoy when my cat lays on my chest purring and making biscuits while I pet him. It's so relaxing for the both of us!

I miss my cat. We were together for 19 years. That's a long time to be together, and it is strange not having her around anymore. She stood up and stared at something before her health went downhill abruptly and 12 hours later she was gone. Isha'allah I did well by her.

My cats name is Khair and he is two years old and I’ve had him since he was 4 weeks old, unfortunately since I got married I wasn’t able to take him with me because my husband is allergic and for the moment he’s living at my mums 💔 please make duaa that khair will be able to live with me again soon and I can take care of him, I miss him soo much.
If you cannot extend the same courtesy to dogs, then please do not expect God to show you mercy on the day of judgment. Show merciful and compassion to all animals in this life and expect good rewards.
Rats destroyed my electronics and washing machine and was a total nuisance in my compound including lizards. Then a friend suggested I bring in a cat ,I bought 2 females and today my house is as noiseless and devoid of the menace of rats. They are also very neat and groom themselves,never pooing anyhow like dogs and very calm and calculating. I regret not being them earlier.
I absolutely adore all leaving creatures regardless whether they halal to us or not . They all playing roles in our lives. Plus they were placed on earth way before Humans.

I do know that cats are excellent mousers.
On the flip side, there was no Black Plague in the Middle East, like what happened in Europe.
In the Middle East, the preferred pet, was the cat, that kept the household free of mice and rats, which would have spread the Black Plague.
In Europe, the preferred pet was the dog, which was no deterrent for mice or rats. Hence, the fleas, mites, etc that were on the mice and rats in Europe during this plague just kept spreading with very few cats as a safe guard and deterrent.
Cats are a blessing from Allah/God.

We own a cat, I found and rescued the kitten when I found it injured and have taken care of it for a while. He became big but had bad habit of spraying his pee all over the house so my mom now keeps it outside the house.. I used to feel bad about it but now that cat has kids and those kids have klittens that all stay outside our house.. none of em enter the house but are really playful and we feed them all now every day so I guess it worked out ...
