Sooo glad you are back!!!!! I’m also so proud of you for going to the Dr. It’s so hard to step out and get the blood work/tests so I’m really proud of you for doing that.
Sounds like you have a plan in place in dealing with your health. Best of luck! I’m sure that once you get the sleep apnea problem resolved you’ll feel a lot better. I’ve had sleep apnea for years and never took it seriously but then my health got really bad. I got a cpap about 18 months ago and it honestly changed my life. I didn’t realize how bad I had been feeling until I started feeling better! 😅
Hi there😊all you said has come true in my world. In November I got sick, in January I got diagnosed with a DVT in my leg and PE’s in my lungs. I then got admitted to the hospital and then diagnosed with CHF. My cpap was just a nightmare so I didn’t use it. That was years ago. My Bi-pap should be here in the next week or so. I’ve been working diligently on my diabetes. Next is the calorie deficit dieting. The Dr said if I get my stuff together the CHF is mild enough that it could reverse. It’s no joke. This stuff sucks. Thanks for todays post! I’m glad your numbers are ok
I was just thinking about you the other day. Glad you’re still around! Go check out Dr Ken Berry on a proper human diet. Gotta get you metabolically healthy! ❤
Glad you started the process again. Take care and hope the pups are doing better too!
Lots of luck 🍀
My mom is diagnosed with sleep apnea now.
