Dynasty, and other old shows should not have been rebooted. McGyver, Hawaii 5-0 (I was very surprised it went way past S1) and recently 'Magnum P.I'! I feel if there should be reboots, it should be shows that got cancelled too soon or got ruined because of bad writing. Like 'Profit', 'P.S I Luv U', or I hate to say it, 'Moonlighting'- where Bruce Willis started out. I'm not happy with this reboot of Dynasty, it should have been left ALONE.
Is it me or do older American actors & actresses have such a unique kind of attractiveness? They don't look like models but still oh so charming faces.
I can appreciate the original because it broke boundaries & set the foundation for these type of soaps. But I think the new dynasty series (2017) is the best of the spinoffs.
Great choice of scenes and music. Exceptionally well edited. What I liked about this trailer is the sense of dread that hovered over the first season. Pity the creators of The CW Dynasty did not request your services on how to put together a promotional trailer for their version of Dynasty because the only thing I get from it is how silly it all looks.
Hmm...came here from the new Dynasty reboot and wanted to see how the original looked since everyone kept talking about it. Personally this doesn't look like something I would be interested in watching, the video quality alone urks my eyes, but I can understand how people that were able to watch the show during its time (looks like the 80s or something) would be disappointed in how different the reboot is. This reboot has a super diverse cast with alot of new-age ideals so the stark difference alone would ruin anyone's nostalgia. I'm sorry to anyone that didn't get the direct transfer of casting they were hoping for, but I also do applaud the reboot for adding a decent dose of diversity so that we can all see representatives of ourselves in a show we enjoy. #TeamElizabethGilles #TeamDiversity

I need a network to reboot Dynasty with a diverse cast, (like the CW reboot) but using the original script/ storylines. The show will be set in Denver Colorado as the original, everything will take place in 2023...just one change, make the character of Sammy Jo a man.
The first “Dynasty” was way better than the remake: actors who know how to act (at least the main actors because the others were sometimes very bad); classy; sarcastic; glamour; and something authentic at the same time. The new one is vulgar, cheap, and looks like a porn serie without porn scene, so what's the point?

Thanks for saying. I was already not happy about there being a remake. i mean Dynasty the way it was can not be remade imo. Or maybe that's just because of the memories of those times when i used to watch it, idk. Now i am not even going to bother to watch the remake at all knowing it is a cheap version.
