Hi, do you blanch the vegetables first before freezing them, for instance the sugar peas and the green leaves or do you put them straight in the freezer? and if it's straight in the freezer, do you wash them first? thank you, I am trying to work out what to do with my first harvest from my allotment!

Hello! :) Sorry for the late answer! I don't blanche the vegetables, I only freeze them. But I wash them first. :)
