    I finally felt my scalp tingle for the first time and its literally changed my hair..who knew?...I finally saw my true curl pattern (4C) and shrinkage!!. This is after being natural 5 years 😮 Amazing....Scalp health is a must!! Game changer for sure ❤

    Her excitement and enthusiasm makes me smile!! My wash day is tomorrow and I will be incorporating an ACV rinse just the way she recommends…with gentle massage and leaving it in my hair for 15-20 minutes before rinsing and applying deep conditioner. She has me so excited to do it!!! I really appreciate her encouraging…knowledgeable videos!! Thank you so much for this video!!! Okay, Wash Day….Here I Come!!! 🥰🤣❤️

    I have used the mother vinegar applecider for 20 yrs .ur right it really is healthy ,and i use on my face also .my grandmother used it in her hair also .but she used another kind .but i use The mother.

    I recently started to exfoliate my scalp with a natural sugar scrub! I love it so far as it’s soothing to my scalp; especially if my scalp is itchy.

    I have done the Mother Apple cider vinegar rinse recently, twice so far, and does fine that the benefits are great. It’s especially soft and indeed fuller.
    But will try the tea rinse as well. What kind of tea bag should I use, please?

    Hello, I have two questions for clarification?
    1. Should I use the apple cider to rinse every wash day no shampoo is needed?
    2. Should I use a conditioner and then a herbal tea rinses.
    I usually use a leave in conditioner then a sealing shea butter.

      You shampoo, the deep condition, before using the ACV and the herbal tea rinse...I stated that in the video too

    I want to know. When was your hair long enough to keep in loose twists long term? My hair is so short and unravels so I need to come up with something else

      Use ACV the way it's described in the video...then rinse off with water or a herbal tea. Regardless of whether you did a protein treatment or not

    Ok...the day that she untwist her hair, wet it and brush or comb ot all together, part it in 6 sections scalp visible to viewers. Then pull it all up in a top knot bun. Until that happens i will continue to say this is all trickery.
