Just got my first dimple lock today. No dimple picks though. And I don't want to dump money into one of these sets since they're just _"OK"_ so I'm holding out for the Sparrows set. They said they should be available again at the beginning of next year. So in the meantime, I spent about an hour making a basic flag pick today. Regular wiper insert heated up to glowing, then bent it like a TOK wrench and attacked it with the dremel sanding bit to shape it up. Then about 20 minutes with it in the vise, sanding it with a long strip of sandpaper. Stuck the pick in one of those Xacto knife handles and Plasti-Dipped it. And if you've made it this far in my novel, _thanks_ for everything you're doing on this channel! I've been enjoying it for about a month now.
I am also holding out for the Sparrows set...any idea on a release date? All I've seen is early 2022. I may end up purchasing one of the cheaper sets just to have a project to work on. I have also thought about fabbing my own, kind of like you did but instead using ejector pins and an Xacto knife handle.
to be honest I completely love what you're doing this is right up my alley I've been waiting for a channel just like this thank you so much now I just have to buy all the locks
Another great video. Really liked how you sped it up and did the voice over. Well videoed, lighting and sound are good and of course the information was great
Super great video 👍 I have the Goso set and l know what l am doing this weekend. Very inspiring. The format, sound and video quality is very good. The format seems to cover all aspects of picking skills. Great channel and keep doing what you are doing.
Great video, thanks! I am just beginning. In watching I compliment you on the graduated divisions for your learning experience. I was confused because it seems like you want us to jump into all of these different categories at the same time and use them to the limited abilities that I have. I'm amazed and amused that you'd expect me to be able to understand some of the more complex forms. I have learned quite a bit in the last two weeks but I'm curious is that how you'd like us to proceed learning each skill at once?
I wish this video had been around a few weeks ago. I already did mine. Visually it appears to be the same pick. I did mine completely by hand with files and sandpaper.
Great vid, guys. I have yet to find any dimple picks that DON'T need improvements of some kind. Gee whiz, that gives me an idea.... Time to go meditate.

@@tlpakatheboogerpicker5293 Unfortunately the most I got in a response from them was _"The beginning of next year"_ and that was around October.

Multipick elite g pro need no mod at least I didn't think so. I only used them for a few minutes though so I may be wrong
4 years later your video is still relevant, but you went way too fast, and I'm sure this is not your best work.
