Man my first vehicle was a truck very similar to this. Only the paint was reversed. Blue with white stripes. Indy 500 edition. Got crushed by a tree while i was at school. I was devistated. That was my first means of transport and it was gone just like that. Still got the pics of me in it and pics of it under the tree.
I have no clue what you're talking about?! The fitment of that era? Man, the gap was perfect! I could fit a notebook all the way around with no problems 😂 Was never a dodge fan until this body style was released. Was just a young teen back then.
Sometimes you can replace the Hazard Flasher with one rated for LED's (printed on them) to fix the crazy fast flash issue. I have had luck doing this with Dodges from the time without wiring in resistors. Nice work as always!
My dad has the exact same 1500, stripes and all, rims etc, ill tell you man the salt on our roads ATE those rims, those look great, thinking i might get him these..
I would do a led relay for the turn signals. I did it for my 98 gmc, got rid of the hyper flash for the led bulbs' quick easy fix, and no wiring needed.
i just bought my first truck and i love this channel! so much information and for my truck its a 2010 1500 slt with the 4.7l v8,rwd, and the 8ft bed :') it needs new exhaust manifolds, and some body work, but i wanna get a 6-4 drop lowering kit and get it wrapped desert tan, nice thick wheels. and someday a hellcat/rb26 swap would be so cool! love your content man and maybe ill start making content too! big inspiration
Ran into a similar issue with LEDs on my dakota. Your LED may be a 9056 style instead of a 9057. Usually if you just flip the bulb it fixes the problem. I did have to add resistors though to fix hyperflashing.
I have that front end sitting in the back of the bed if you look. I think it looks a bit too pufferfish bloated. This front end will look better once I get the stance and everything else sorted out just wait 💪

You don't got to put resistors you can actually get a LED blinker relay just go to your local auto parts store that's all I did

I went with the same amber dogs on my 2nd gen. I like the look of them.
Put an electronic flasher module in the fuse panel. It will stop the hyper flash
