- I did a quick and detailed review of our 2023 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro. We use this as our every day car and we love it. I'll share some things I love and don't love about the car.

You won't regret buying that 4runner, I've had two and it's the best vehicle I've ever had, I have a 2016 4runner trail that is decked out for overlandding and is also my daily driver. Treat her right, and she'll bring you home for decades.

Nice review. In case you were unaware, if you go to the home screen and push the little wheel button, there is an option to shut off the screen entirely for night driving. I always do this, can't handle the brightness in the cabin. Cheers.

Got my TRD Pro 2 weeks ago. Love it. Fun fact about the hood scoop, it’s nonfunctional, it’s just a cosmetic piece. Odd but still looks great 🤷♂️

Old school is the reason I like 4 Runners. My current has 300k on it and still going.
Good review of your beautiful 4Runner. I got a 4R TRD Sport about six months ago and I love it! I may be mistaken, but it looked like you had removed the headrests when folding down the back seats. If so, you only need to use the levers on the sides of them to fold them forward. Enjoy your truck!

Love the back window..! and I actually love that the back gate is still manual closing. lasts a long time without issues. Reliability over complexity is sometimes preferred. Impressed with the damage amount from the deer.. wondering what it weighed, because the vehicle really did quite well !! Sweet !
The deer was a pretty decent size. Not a small one! we are surprised how well our car took that hit honestly.
Definitely want one someday. Hopefully a trd pro or trd off road.

Yeah this is the one I want to get. They are special vehicles. I’d keep it and get that front end fixed up.

Toyota’a come with the screen backlighting as white, switch it to black. Took awhile to find but did it they day I bought the car. Sucks bad with white backlighting

@@oksiek8256 the infotainment display on the car. From the factory it’s set on a white background which is annoying at night ( I’m not talking about the auto dimming effect you get on the display when turning off the headlights.) This is a display setting.
