would be cool to build a wooden stand for that, and inset into the stand, have RGB LED's so that you can individually illuminate one slice at a time, or all at once, kinda sequence through them, then show the whole thing etc (arduino and neopixels make it really easy to make)
Yeah I thought about that, but as I'm gifting it to my neurologist, I didn't want to hand him something that requires power pack or batteries. Given that it's possible to swing a slice out, it's easy to see a layer if needed.
That's a great project, brilliant end result! Have you tried shining a laser or a more focused lightbeam through it? Or does it just scatter too much anyways?
Not yet, but I'm a little under the pump with a few things. Trying to schedule a bunch of videos so I can take some time off - meaning I have to double time my videos.
I think your neurologist will get a buzz out of that gift. Bloody funny.
This is a brilliant Idea, and beautifully implemented
How thoughtful :)
I think that is unique/neat idea.
You could probably dub over the video if you don’t want to deal with noise cancelling. Otherwise very cool project! 🎉
Yeah more work than I have time for at the moment. This channel makes about $100 a month, not enough for me to dedicate too much time to.

Oh okay here I thought you got a piece for takeout
