Amazing time line! My tip would be: when you have to paint again before the next renter moves in,pick a warm cream for the walls that will go with the beautiful warm, honey toned, wood floors. Right now,the trendy gray paint is such a cold contrast that it’s almost jarring.😳😬😵💫(The gray does look fine in the bathroom with the white fixtures and white tiles.) ( I’m assuming that you chose the brown tone vinyl flooring in the kitchen to “match” the hardwood floors, but since it doesn’t,the next time you need to change the kitchen flooring, pick a gray vinyl,it will look amazing with the black counters and all of the stainless steel appliances.)🙌🏻 Cool versus warm!😉
Why didn’t you paint the basement before you added the hot water heater & washer dryer? While the basement was empty, would’ve been fairly quick & would’ve made a big difference if you’d spray painted the basement a light paint shade. I’d hate to go down to that creepy basement to do laundry. Love the way the house looks now but I also would’ve added new insulation.
@@lindastrickland5771 I plan to do some concrete repair to the basement walls and then seal and paint the concrete! Thanks! I added insulation on all the exterior walls I opened up but like a lot of things with this build didn’t film!
What an amazing renovation! Love it! Great job!
Love the amazing makeover! Fantastic job 👏 ❤wow !!

Those tenants will tear the heck out of that beautiful home. At least that was our experience. I hope it works out.
This is incredible!! I'm so impressed you did so much, so quickly. Thank you for sharing. ❤
Fantastic job glad to see you kept a lot of the original features ❤❤❤❤😊😊
Lovely job, my one criticism would be that the shower head is stationary and there's no hose but apart from this, nicely done.
Amazing transformation Calvin!!
We need you in Vancouver 😅
L O V E LO V E L O V E your music too!!
Haha thanks! It’s all royalty free from the UA-cam audio library!

Nice makeover, how much did you earn on the flip? :) But wheres the kitchen fan?
Those large, over the stove microwaves usually have a fan built in.
@@lauramitchell6725 Oh wow, didnt know that, cool :)
It’s not a flip- it’s a rental now. Kitchen fan is inside the microwave above. It vents up, through the cabinet and through that bulkhead to outside
Very good job. Why does the stairs going to the second floor look unfinished? The basement looks like it could use some repair work. 😊 😊
The stairs look unfinished because they are… I ran out of time 😂. I will paint the stairs treads brown and risers white if/when I change over tenants
No insulation?
@@jfitzsimmons4825 I added rockwool comfort batt to all the exterior walls I opened up- I just didn’t film it!
Buyer Beware!!!
