spar better people you can't advance sparring people close to your level or worse, you just develop bad habits
That's not true at all. Training against people of lesser skill will help to refine your technique. You get the opportunity to try things you wouldn't try going against an opponent who's better than you.
Training with people that are better than you will help your defense. But Training with people worse than you will help your offense more.

I like the gym scenes a lot. I've seen fighters stand with hands over head as the other fighter throws hard punches to their abs. Do you ever do that? I'm impressed.

Padwork looks good. Beautiful head kicks as always. People are saying to keep your hands up, I don't really agree, I think that's your style and we can see that during your sparring. When hitting the pads it would be better if you hit it in the same style as how you fight, so exaggerated headmoveement and pivoting for each hit.
Knees should pierce through the opponent. Throw them outwards, not upwards.
For the sparring, I can see you got much more comfortable and much better the longer you fought. However, I (think) I notice that in sparring you always try to land perfect shots and do a lot of feints. I think you will benefit from going back to basic for the next few sparring sessions. Focus on only throwing punches (especially the jab) and throw it a lot. You are allowed to punch through their guard, so don't worry about hitting clean shots, just throw it.

I noticed that you don't hit with your knuckles, when you throw a cross. Like that you could hurt yourself. For more damage the elbow should follows the same route as the knuckles. Keep going bro💪🏻
5:22 your brother should insert a jab or two after you're done with your combo so you wouldnt just walk away with hands down, thats just how we do it, i see it as a good thing to do imo
