Dana obviously is the boss of the UFC… And Rogan is the most important person outside of the ring and his impact in growing the sport/brand can’t be understated… But at the end of the day neither Joe or Dana have ever fought in the octogon, or been through brutal weight cuts, long fight camps, taken tough losses or had huge victories… DC is obviously a likeable dude but what he really brings to the UFC in his commentator role is a level credibility with fighters to go along with a fun personality that brings out the best in fighters during his interactions…but when he has to be critical of performances in the ring as a commentator it’s hard to argue what he has to say because he has the resume to back it up and the respect of the entire roster (minus JJ lol)…
