  • There’s a song and video on UA-cam that has over 60 million plays on it. A song you can’t tell if real or satire, but one that made Slim Jesus, the lead character with one the best rap names of all time instantly famous on the internet in 2015. So much so that now shamed music mogul P Diddy openly offered him a million dollars to sign with his label Bad Boy records. An offer Slim says he’s happy to say he was right all along in not taking seriously. Nevertheless, for a quick second he had the attention of the music industry, and everyone wanted to know more about this new phenomenon. But not everyone were greeting him with open arms, in fact closed greetings were seemingly all Slim Jesus would get after her became a viral sensation from drill artist all over the US that resented the attention he was getting opposed to many of them that were really about that life, really had rap talent, really doing drills in their city, but couldn’t make a mark. It’s been over 3 years since Slim Jesus released new visuals on his UA-cam page, as it seems he’s gone for good, which is surprising because if done right he could’ve been one of the biggest drill artist of all time right next to Lil Durk and Chief Keef as blasphemous as that sounds. He faked it, Made it, but for these reasons his growth was stunted. What happened? Stunted Growth Music

Did he say that white hip hop fans love hip hop bc they wanna emulate or infatuated with us? I dnt recall hi saying that, but, you can’t deny the fact that that a LOT of white Suburban kids who treat Black Culture like it’s a virtual reality game. It is what it is. But u know what, I can my own ppl. That’s why I didn’t get mad at Slim. I hated that he was let in, but it wasn’t his fault, it’s OUR fault for constantly and sickeningly seeking white validation. I was actually glad when SJ said, “Im f’n smart”, bc even tho they were too dumb to understand that he’s insulting his fav rappers, he was right. I hope he did his money right, tho.

@WaybackwReign Yeah he kind of did say that! Listen from 1:50m
I can't quote him exactly as he said a lot and I can't pause the vid and type lol.
I've never really thought about hiphop seeking white people's approval.
I don't really see that being the case but perhaps I'm wrong!
And I got into HipHop with Ice T, NWA, De La Soul, Tribe called Quest and Wu Tang. Perhaps its true with trap music but I'm not into that so wouldn't know!

The problem with Slim Jesus is he gotta understand them Chi-Town drill rappers is willing and have prove there are willing to die behind there music and lifestyle..........And many have so they not gonna let no young white boy with a baby face........Come into their lane and take over, I do respect Slim Jesus was honest and said it's only music......Its still principles involved, He should've came as a backpack rapper and kept it real........Back in my day you had rappers speaking on Gangsta terms but wouldn't bust a grape in a food fight.......But this new generation is really letting it be known there about that life.......And dieing or going to jail behind it........So I hope Slim Jesus made his bag off that music........Which I'm pretty sure he did, But the Jigg been up!!!!!!!!!

Once Marsha went solo, her career took off like crazy. Ironically, this channel can do a video on Marsha separately. One of the best singers ever. However, can't blame someone putting their career on the backseat for family.

Great video. SJ made a banger. it doesn't matter if he was white or black. The video was very good and funny. That's all he had was that song and really all he needed. That Vlad interview ruined what could've been a great career. Eminem couldn't possibly do all the things he rap about but I loved it because it was a different vibe. Maybe his career would've been cut short without the video but shout out to him for doing something so many people have tried to do. An unsigned artist having a hit song.
