Music was definitely changing in those years, as most of us were in college. We were the same kids that were part of the bubble gum pop scene of late 90s and early 2000s. Yet, once we hit college, we’re all trying to change our image a little and become more independent. Enter Soulja Boy. However, what he did best was his ability to tap into the suburban junior high and high school era of kids with cell phones. This was a dance that was pretty easy, which made teenage white kids gravitate to it. However, any dude in the club when this song came on was definitely cranking. Soulja Boy and Young Joc had the hottest club dances for there time.
