VISITING THE DUTCH COUNTRYSIDE 🇳🇱 | Exploring Flevoland in the Netherlands!

- In this video, we visit the Dutch countryside and explore Flevoland, the youngest province of the Netherlands. The province used to be part of the sea that was called the Zuiderzee. However, people decided we needed more space as the population started to increase. So in 1920, we built a dike that closed off the shallow bay, and over the years the bay was drained in order to create Flevoland!
We hope that this video shows that the Netherlands has more to offer than just Amsterdam. Our little country has beautiful nature and sights that are worth a visit!

Yes, we were surprised to see how beautiful it looks from the above. We would also like to fly the drone in The Hague but there are so many drone rule in the cities which makes it almost impossible to fly.

Hi Amy, Limburg is a provence in the south of the Netherlands. Is't beautiful. I live in Maastricht and there is beautiful nature around here.
Our best forests are in the Veluwe National Park near Arnhem

If I remember right than is there a scale model of the dutch waterworks safety system close by that flower farm ,, i bet its still there but taken back by nature so you may have a deep search to it ...

I think you might be referring to the Waterloopbos, the former Waterloopkundig Laboratorium De Voorst. Dutch Wikipedia has a decent lemma.

beschuit mis ik en ook roggebrood. Hier (Philippines) is alle brood zacht en fluffy en vrijwel alle merken zijn zoet, je moet echt zoeken naar ongezoet brood meestal bruinbrood is ongezoet, toen ik hier pas was kocht ik een witbrood waarop stond sugarfree tot mijn ongeloof en schrik was het toch zoet bij de ingredients vond ik dat er zoetstoffen waren gebruikt ik vond dat zo onnozel, iemand die sugarfree koopt heeft kennelijk geen behoefte aan zoet. Ik hou me nu vast aan 1 merk. btw, ik heb ooit bij AH gewerkt daar ging na sluitingstijd all brood uit de stellingen en in kisten dat de volgende dag naar elders (ik weet niet waarheen) maar werd als onverkoopbaar afgeschreven en afgevoerd. niets van dat al hier, ze gaan de volgende dag gewoon vrolijk door met broodverkopen van gisteren of mischien wel eergisteren
Haha ja ik herken het zoete brood probleem! Roggebrood heeft Adi nog niet geprobeerd, laat ik hem binnenkort proeven, ben benieuwd!😏
@@LetsMeetAbroad Roggebrood, het zwarte, wordt met zoet als wel met hartig gegeten persoonlijk vond ik het erg lekker met old Amsterdam kaas of met katenspek bij een kom erwtensoep of bruine bonensoep, er bestaat ook een combi, ook wel houtsnip genoemd: een snee van je favoriete brood je favoriete beleg en dan er bovenop een plak roggebrood. alle brood normaal aan een zijde be botert

Jullie gebruik op jullie videos geene echte nederlands muziek. Kunnen wij een beetje Froukje horen, of Claduia de Breij- en voor Adi- Froukje zingt met heel goed nederlands uitdrukkingen. I learn a lot about Dutch language through Froukje's songs.
