Hey Lisa, Sorry late reply. I have tons of ideas :). Generally speaking, the easiest is to start a loyalty program where you reward clients for staying loyal. There are many different loyalty program tools you can use for this but would recommend you look at the solution you are already using and if there's support for that. Memberships are even stronger but can be more challenging to commercialize. The value for someone joining your loyalty program is obvious but a membership you need to package right for people to see the value. There are many ways you can do this. I will be diving more into this with ATTRACT Salon Marketing Members soon. I am opening up for new members next week. Not sure if you are on my email list, if not, send me an email and I will let you know when it's open to join and we can chat more about it there.
