You’re a really sweet person but if I could offer some unsolicited feedback is to keep your videos a little bit more to the point. Big congratulations on your achievement! 🎉
I’d recommend looking into a LISA and think about whether switching would be a better option for you. Look at MSE for comparison table. Save as much as you can. Keep some money in a different saving account with a better interest rate. I put the £4K a year into the LISA to get the maximum bonus, then any extra into another account with higher interest. Be realistic about what your bills will be and therefore what mortgage you can afford (work backwards to see what budget you need), also don’t overstretch yourself, you can skimp for a few years to get the deposit, but if you choose a 25 year term then that’s a lot of life that you are being ‘tight’ for.
The fact you are smart and focussed enough to even consider saving for your first property at 17 is worth more than anything else! That's 7 years older than my son who can't see further than his mates and Xbox. He's still in primary to be fair.:)
Could you please pronounce a bit more clearly when speaking? For a foreigner it is very hard to follow through. But as far as I understood your boyfriend / partner has a very exhausting and complex job in business, which not even you can describe it excactly and you both are living for the biggest part on his income, right? So, this is not you who bought this house alone (the title is a click bait) but you together and I think also that he is a bit older than you, when you are only 21?
Hi, I think you misunderstood. My boyfriend and I both have jobs in technology, we purchased the house equally 50/50%. We both bought the house aged 21. In the video I say that without purchasing the house at the time with an additional income from a partner it would be difficult.
I'm so with you on working full time and studying part time! I'm doing it ATM and it is very hard! Congratulations on your home ☺️
Ahh thank you! Goodluck with your studies! X
The struggles real😴😪
