But she was allowed to continue doing the thing she was amazing at, which is more than can be said for some of the others the gods have literally and metaphorically fucked over.

There is a portion of Melinoe's task in slaying Kronos involves going to Olympus, so she might encounter Athena and the other Olympians (Ares and Dionysus).
