A man ran into quite a speedbump earlier when he dared ask the Lyft driver if she could roll down the window and try to observe the speed limit. It's impossible to say precisely what went down before the camera started rolling but it's crystal clear that things escalated rather quickly from that point onward.

Law suit? They don’t give Lyft drives psychological exams so they’re not necessarily responsible for her behavior to that degree unless they knew about it, but kept her on the road. They run background checks only, criminal and financial. If she doesn’t have a criminal history they likely don’t owe him anything beyond damages to his luggage, a full refund of his fare, any additional money paid to hire a new driver, and some money for the inconvenience and danger of being left on the side of the road. It will make him whole, but it won’t be like winning the lottery and can be negotiated in a phone call. It wouldn’t take a law suit. Smh.

@@ChronicleKingDoesn't really matter what happened. You do a job and unfortunately there's undesirable situations that you have to deal with appropriately. Throwing a temper tantrum and throwing someones bag out the way she did is not an appropriate way to deal with them.. I don't feel like she would've been comfortable leaving her car to get his case if she was attacked either. Plus, leaving someone out in the middle of the highway isn't the safest thing you could do.
She is a full time cop they never get fired just suspended for 3 weeks with pay so they have time to enjoy Disney World.
